Welcome to the NDI HX3 POV Operations Manual.
This manual is a comprehensive guide to a range of our NDI3 products: HD-NDI3-120, HD-NDI3-IP67, UHD-NDI3-300,
UHD-NDI3-IP67, and UHD-NDI3-X30.
With the NDI HX3 format, we introduce the pinnacle of cutting-edge technology with unrivaled craftsmanship. Our NDI HX3
POV series lets you enjoy seamless Full-HD and 4K video capabilities for personal and professional applications. From
studio settings to rugged outdoor environments, the NDI HX3 format caters to a spectrum of uses, allowing you to elevate
and pursue your creative applications with exibility and ease.

WARNING
To prevent damage which may result in re or electric shock hazard, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
1. Be sure to use only the standard adapter that is specied in the specication sheet. Using any other adapter could cause re,
electrical shock, or damage to the product.
2. Incorrectly connecting the power supply or replacing battery may cause explosion,cause excessive heat or re

PRECAUTION
Please read this Operation Guide before installing and using the camera & retain this copy for your reference.
1. Always follow the instructions in the operations guide when applying power. Fire and equipment damage can occur if power is
applied incorrectly. For the correct power supply,refer to the specications page.
2. Do not use camera if fumes, smoke or a strange odor is emitted from the camera, or if it seems not functional correctly.
Disconnect the power source immediately and consult with your supplier.
3. Do not use the camera in extreme environments where high temperatures or high humidity exists. Use the camera under
conditions where temperatures are between 32°F ~ 104°F, and humidity is below 90%.
4. If installed close to a TV, radio transmitter, magnet, electric motor transformer or audio speakers the magnetic eld generated
may interfere with or distort the image.
5. Try to avoid uorescent light reections, unstable light conditions, direct pointing toward the sun. Use caution when operating the camera
in the vicinity of spotlights or other bright lights and light reecting objects.
6. To prevent damage, do not drop the camera or subject it to strong shock or vibration.

Quick Start Guide
STEP 1: Power your camera with its DC12V
plug, or PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, 12-24w)
STEP 2a: If using HDMI (HD-NDI3-120,
UHD-NDI3-300, UHD-NDI3-X30 only), please
connect the HDMI cable to the camera, and
display source.

STEP 2b: If using NDI or any other IP source,
please connect an Ethernet cable to your net-
work accessible using a computer.
STEP 3a: Utilize the built in I/O control to
enter into the camera menu to change any
necessary settings.

STEP 3b: The cameras are built in with DHCP
automatically. If connected to a router, it will
be assigned an IP address.
If you are still having issues with nding your
camera, please use our engineering tool found
here, or at:
https://bit.ly/aidaimaging-engineering-tool-
download
If you are not connected to a managed router,
please give the camera 30 secs - 1 minute as it
will default to the IP address: 192.168.1.188.
STEP 4: Please log in to the camera using the
default credentials:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Any other changes can be done in the web UI,
such as image control, video settings, and
previews.
