1. Site Survey
1. Carry out a survey of the area where the Last One Standing will be located, and check for
any overhead/underground cables. It’s important that this is carried out to avoid ground
anchors penetrating underground services, and the Last One Standing coming into contact
with overhead cables when inflated.
2. You should provide an adequate power supply to the fan, this should adhere to your local
power regulations.
3. Check wind speed: It is not allowed to use an inflatable by a higher wind force than force 5
on the Beaufort scale of 28 - 38 kmph (19-24 mph). Force 5 is a fresh breeze when small
trees in leaf begin to sway.
2. Inflatable Inclusions
You will need a suitable 230v/13Amp Power Supply to operate the fan.
CAUTION! Precautions should be taken during handling and use of the product to
prevent electric shock. The blower requires a Ground Fault Protected Circuit
(GFCI). Please read the manufacturer’s Instruction Manual before using the
blower(s).
Extra equipment you could consider for your new inflatable:
•Ground sheet to protect the underside of your inflatable
•Sandbag covers to anchor your inflatable indoors
•Sack truck to move your inflatable safely
•RCD to attach to your extension lead
•Crash Mats
This inflatable can be set up and packed away by 3 persons who have
had proper manual handling training and use the correct equipment to
move the inflatable.
3. Intended Use of the Product

- The Last One Standing is designed to be used by up
to eight players and one operator.The players must bounce
and duck at the right time to avoid the rotating sealed arms.
The operator has control (via the supplied control box) over
the speed and direction of the arms to make the game
harder or easier as required. If a user is knocked over by
the arms, they should exit the game. The operator must
stop the mechanism until the eliminated player has exited
the inflatable. The last player standing is the winner.

4. Operating Guidelines/Rules of Play
- Before entering the game area, CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE GIVEN to players on their
conduct during playtime.
- NO SOMERSAULTS or any ACROBATICS allowed.
- All players remove footwear, eye wear, cell phones, keys, neck wear and/or any sharp items.
- DO NOT allow the users to OBSTRUCT THE MOVEMENT OF THE ARMS. This includes no
hanging on the arms, pushing-pulling them.
- For safety reasons, users should only stand at the designated jumping spaces (numbers,
podiums). Do not allow them to get closer to the middle of the bed.
- No one with ANY PRE-EXISTING INJURIES or HEALTH CONCERNS (limitations), in the state
of PREGNANCY or UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PSYCHOTROPHIC SUBSTANCES may use
the unit.
- Every time a user falls THE MECHANISM MUST BE STOPPED!
- The operator must adjust the speed of the arms to the abilities of the players.
- Use the Emergency Button only in a case of an emergency. After releasing it, WAIT AT LEAST
5 SECONDS before pressing any other button on the Control Box.
- The MAXIMUM NUMBER OF USERS HAS TO BE RESPECTED at all times.
- The unit should NOT TO BE USED IF IT BECOMES WET. In the event of rain, the unit should
be deflated and folded to prevent water collecting on it.
- The Emergency Stop button MUST ALWAYS BE DEPRESSED AND THE KEY REMOVED
whenever you are setting up the ride or leaving the control console unattended.
- Do not press more than one button at a time.
- If the arms are OBSTRUCTED RELEASE the left-right rotation buttons IMMEDIATELY.
- Do not allow users access to the fans, cables or zips.
- Check the fan, zips, anchor ropes and every other inclusion before, during and after every use.
- The inflatable to be used with the supplied fan only.
- Do not leave the product unsupervised in an inflated state. When not in use, deflate it and take
the key out of the control box.
- No food or drink is permitted on the play area. Players may not have anything in their mouths
(gum, candy, etc.) while on the play area.

5. Troubleshooting
Inside the control box there is a motion controller manufactured by Yaskawa. This electronic part
is responsible for the motion of the sealed arms. Any incorrect usage of the mechanism could result
in Yaskawa producing an Error Code, which means the mechanism stops responding to the
operator’s commands.
Most of these error codes are built in safety mechanisms, protecting the electric motor. When
experiencing this sudden stop, our advice is to follow these simple steps:
- Turn the mechanism OFF, then ON with the Main On/Off key. This will reset the Yaskawa
settings and you should be able to resume playing.
- If that doesn’t help, unlock the top of the Control Box with the supplied triangle key, and reset
the settings manually by pressing the RESET button. (see figure below)
CAUTION! TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN OPENING THE CONTROL BOX.
DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES THE RESET BUTTON.

To avoid getting an error code:
- Make sure the electric power supply is stable and not fluctuating in any way.
- Make sure all the cables are connected properly: the motor with the control box, and
the control box to the main electric supply.

middle foam of the mechanism. Make sure that when a player is

6. Hazards Relating to Electrical Equipment
The use of portable electrical equipment involves the potential risk of electric shock, burns or
fire. A major cause of accidents is failure to maintain equipment. The risk can be managed effectively
if sensible and appropriate rules for use and maintenance are applied!
1. The most important rule when handling the mechanism is to ALWAYS DISCONNECT IT from its
power source when ASSEMBLING THE UNIT, opening the Control Box or the Drive Motor. (the
only case when this doesn’t apply is when you manually reset the Yaskawa).
2. The control box and the wiring used within the game are NOT WATER PROOF OR WATER
RESISTANT, therefore we do not recommend operating the unit in the rain. Using electrical
equipment in wet or damp conditions can be dangerous. If you suspect water has entered any
of the electrical components they should not be used until completely dry and tested. We
recommend taking professional advice where necessary.
3. All cables and electrical equipment must be tested in accordance with the regulations of your
country.
4. In accordance with HSE guidelines, all 240v equipment should be protected with an RCD
(Residual Current Device) having a maximum trip current of 30 mA. RCD’s are available from
Airquee or your electrical store.
WHEN USING IT WITH A GENERATOR, MAKE SURE IT HAS AN OUTPUT OF MORE THAN 4
kVA, AND A STABLE 230V ON 50HZ.

CAUTION! MAKE SURE THE MECHANISM
IS NOT CONNECTED TO A POWER
SOURCE WHEN ASSEMBLING IT!
- Add the Foam Cover to the Drive Motor, then insert
the wheels and tighten them with the supplied bolts.
- Unfold the bed at the desired location and
move the drive motor to the center of the bed.
- Exchange the wheels with the legs. MAKE
SURE THE SURFACE WHERE YOU
PLACE THE MECHANISM IS LEVEL.
- Insert the Middle Bar into the Drive Motor’s shaft and tighten the bolts at the desired height. We
recommend the second and third holes at least. MAKE SURE BOTH BOLTS ARE ACTUALLY
INSIDE A HOLE BEFORE TIGHTENING THEM. THIS WAY YOU PREVENT THE BOLTS
SCRATCHING THE MIDDLE BAR.

DO NOT USE THE LOWEST HOLE BECAUSE IT
MAY PRODUCE FRICTION BETWEEN THE MATERIALS!
- Connect the 2 Metal Arms: insert the arms into their corresponding hole and use the bolts to
tighten them. USE THE SECOND HOLE, as shown on the images below.
MAKE SURE THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT ENOUGH,
BUT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM.
- The springs have a screw thread, which allows them to be tightened manually.
It will be easier if you loosen the springs before you add the arms to the Middle Bar.
Don’t forget to tighten the spring after the Metal Arms are added to the Middle Bar.
BE AWARE THAT OVERTIGHTENING THE SPRING CAN DAMAGE IT.

- The bolt highlighted below regulates the Metal
Arms capability to jump at a certain height.
7.2 Add the Sealed Arms:
DO NOT INFLATE THE SEALED ARMS
BEFORE YOU SLIP IT ON THE ARMBARS!
- Slip the Sealed Arms on the Arm Bars, using the
highlighted hole.
- Inflate the Sealed Arms through the valve with the
help of the supplied Hand-Held Fan (see next
page). When deflating the Sealed Arms, you must
PUSH THE MIDDLE OF THE VALVE, this way
opening it. You can close the valve by pressing its
middle again. Don’t forget to fit the cap on the valve
after inflating.
- Bind the webbing around the middle bar and tie the
eyelets with the supplied rope.
- The highlighted PVC loop is for pulling the
uninflated sealed arm in its cover. Make sure
it is hidden when using the LOS. It may harm
users when rotating.

7.3 The Hand-Held Fan
READ THE MANUAL OF THE BLOWER SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER OF THE FAN BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE IT.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT LEAVE THE SEALED ARM UNATTENDED
WHILE INFLATING/DEFLATING AND DO NOT OVER INFLATE.
- The hand fan comes with an extra adapter for your valve on the sealed arms.
This adaptor has 2 extra plastic pieces that you must take off.
- The recess of the black rubber must face
outwards. This way it surrounds the edge of the
valve and creates an airtight connection.
- When connecting the adaptor to the valve you must
insert and twist.
- Connect one side of the pipe to the fan and add the adaptor to the other side.
