WARRANTY
Algas‐SDIInternationalLLC(ASDI)warrantsthattheequipmentisfreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.ASDIagreestorepairorreplace,
atitsoption,withoutchargeF.O.B.factory,anypartwhichhasprovendefectivetothe
satisfactionofASDIwithinone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalinstallationorwith18
monthsfromthedateofshipment,whicheverisearlier.Equipment,whichintheopinionof
ASDI,hasbeendamagedinshipmentorbyimproperinstallationoroperation,orhasbeen
abusedortamperedwithinanyway,willnotbeacceptedforreturnunderwarranty.
ASDIwillnotacceptbackchargesforworkperformedbyothersuponorinconjunctionwith
ASDIequipmentunlesspriorauthorizationisgivenbymeansofanASDIpurchaseorder.ASDI
willnotbeliablebyreasonofshutdown,non‐operationorincreasedexpenseofoperationof
otherequipment,oranyotherlossordamageofanynature,whetherdirectorconsequential,
arisingfromanycausewhatsoever.
ASDImakesNOotherwarrantyofanykind,whatsoeverexpressedorimplied;andall
warrantiesofmerchantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurposeareherebydisclaimedby
ASDIandexcludedfromthesetermsofsale.NopersonhasanyauthoritytobindASDItoany
representationorwarrantyotherthanthiswarranty.
