Do not disassemble. This product may only be disassembled by
qualified repair technicians.
Attempting to disassemble this product can cause a fire, electrical shock, or injury. To request
repair, please contact the dealer where you purchased the product.
Do not use when the power cord or power plug is damaged, or the
plug is inserted loosely into the outlet.
This can result in an electrical shock, short-circuit, or start a fire.
Do not scratch, damage, modify, forcibly bend, pull, twist, or bind the
power cord, or place heavy objects on or clamp the power cord.
This could damage the power cord and result in a fire or electrical shock.
Do not insert metal objects, such as pins and wires, or other foreign
objects inside the gaps in the product.
This could result in an electrical shock or malfunction.
Do not allow children to use this product by themselves, and keep out

CAUTION
When cleaning the product, for safety’s sake be sure to unplug it from

Do not use in locations where the steam mist directly contacts
furniture, walls, curtains, ceiling, or other objects.
Do not place on slanted surfaces, high locations such as bookshelves,
or on unstable surfaces.
Do not block the mist outlet.
Use clean water only.
Do not use hot water.
Use of hot water that is 40°C or higher can cause deformation or malfunction of the product.

Never put aroma oil or other fragrances into the water tank.
Do not use the product by placing it directly onto a carpet or other
object with soft fibers.
Do not wipe with benzene or thinner.
When unplugging the power cord, always unplug by grasping the
power plug, not by pulling on the power cord.
Throw away the water when not using the product.
Replace the water in the water tank and water tub with new water
everyday. Clean regularly to ensure that the inside of the product is
always clean.
Do not place cell phones, computers, or other electronic devices near
the humidifier.
Because the area around the humidifier can become very humid while the humidifier is operating,
do not place cell phones, computers or other electronic devices that are sensitive to humidity near
the humidifier.
Be careful that the product does not freeze.
If the product is placed in a location subject to freezing temperatures, throw away the water inside.
Place this product in a location that is at least two meters away from
televisions, radios, and other electronics.
Do not tilt the product.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

CAUTION
Never put aroma oil or other fragrances into the water tank.•
This could damage the ultrasonic humidifier or cause a breakdown.
Before moving the humidifier, first remove the water tank, and throw away the•
water inside the humidifier body.
Otherwise, the water in the water tank and humidifier body could spill.
When draining the water, be sure to drain it in the direction indicated by the arrow.•
Draining the water in a different direction may let water get into the fan outlet or overflow
drain and can result in malfunction.
Correct Use of the Ultrasonic Humidifier
Preparation Before Use
Place the humidifier on the aroma base.1.
Insert the braces on the aroma base all the way into the screw holes on the bottom
of the humidifier.

Place the humidifier on a level surface.2.
Place on a flat, stable surface.
CAUTION
Place the humidifier at least two meters from televisions, radios, and other electronics.
Otherwise, static interference can result.
Fill with water.3.
Remove the cap to the water tank and fill with clean, room temperature clean water.1
Firmly tighten the water tank cap, wipe up any spilled water, and check that no water is2
leaking.

CAUTION
Only use clean water.•
If refilling the water after using the humidifier, water inside the mist cone will spill•
when removing the cone. Therefore, have towels on hand so the humidifier and
floor do not get wet.
Set the water tank into the humidifier so that it fits securely.4.
Line up the alignment points on the humidifier and the tank and put them together•
securely.
Align the tab on the inside of the humidifier with
the notch in the water tank and set the tank in place.
(The side opposite the handle when it is down is the
front)
Set the cover on the humidifier so that it fits securely.5.
Put the• cover securely onto the humidifier with the water tank already mounted.

The slant of the water tank and the slant of the cover ( ) go to
the front (facing the controls).
The straight surface ( ) goes to the back (where the cord is).
Line the cover up more or less and put it on, then adjust it by
turning it left or right until it fits just right.

WARNING
Do not use the humidifier with the power cord bundled up.•
Doing so may cause the cord to overheat and/or catch on fire.
If you are going out or will be away from the humidifier for a long time, unplug the•
power cord from the outlet.
Otherwise, you could forget to turn it off or a fire could result.
Plug the power cord into the outlet.6.
Keep the humidifier an appropriate distance from walls and
surrounding objects
Pay attention to the following points when using the humidifier.
At least 100 cm
above the humidifier
At least 50 cm in front
At least 50 cm
behind
At least 50 cm
to the left
At least 50 cm to
the right
Use the humidifier in a location that is at least 50 cm away from walls, bedding, curtains,•
furniture, and other objects.

Starting and Stopping Operation
CAUTION
When going to bed during the winter, if the heater is turned off and the room
temperature drops below 15°C, continued misting operation can result in
condensation.
Because this may get the product and the floor wet, if using in environments where the room
temperature is expected to drop below 15°C or the humidity is expected to be above 60%
when going to bed, either set misting to SL (Min.), or turn it off.

Using the timer function:*
Press the Power/Mist Setting button and when it is set to SL (Min.), it activates the timer
function, which automatically turns the power off after five hours.
Starting operation1.
Pressing the Power/Mist Level button turns the Mist level indicator green and
misting begins.
After making sure the power plug is securely plugged in, start operating the
humidifier.
CAUTION
After setting the water tank on the humidifier, and pressing the Power/Mist Level
button to start misting, the Water indicator lamp will light for a few moments but
the unit will not start operating. Once water from the water tank crosses over to the
humidifier, the Water indicator lamp will go off and the unit will start to operate.
Stopping operation2.
Press the Power/Mist Level button and the Mist level indicator will go out and the
unit stops operating.
After misting stops, the fan runs for about one minute before the humidifier*
comes to a complete stop.
If the Water indicator turns red during operation
When the indicator is lit, this indicates that the water level in the tank is low.
When the water level in the water tank and water tub get low, the alarm makes a
sound with five beeps, and the Water indicator lamp lights up red.
After draining any water remaining in the water passage, refill the water tank with new1
water.
When water reaches the humidifier from the water tank, the Water indicator turns off.2
Press the Power/Mist Setting button to start operation.3
CAUTION
If water needs to be refilled, the alarm makes a sound with five beeps, and the Power/
Water indicator lights up red. Refill the water tank with water.

Using the Aroma Base
Pull out the felt case from the aroma base holding the humidifier .1.
Felt case
Soak the felt in the case with an aroma oil.2.
Check that felt is inserted in the felt case. Soak the felt with two or three drops of
aroma oil or essential oil (available commercially) while being careful that it does not
spill outside the case. Next, insert the felt case all the way inside the humidifier.

CAUTION
Do not insert too much aroma oil or essential oil so that it overflows from the felt•
case.
Always wipe up any aroma oil or essential oil if it spills outside the felt case of the•
aroma base.
Do not insert the aroma base while aroma oil or essential oil is spilt outside the felt•
case of the aroma base.
Do not soak aroma oil using a fabric other than the special felt specifically for this•
product.
This could result in malfunction or damage to the aroma base.
Starting operation3.
To start operation, follow the procedure for starting operation on page 8. Enjoy the
mist containing the aromatic fragrance.
If aroma oil is not added, it can be used as a regular humidifier.
Replacing the Felt
Replace the felt whenever it becomes dirty, or when using a different type of*
aroma oil or essential oil.
In addition to the felt already included with the aroma base at purchase, two*
additional pieces are also included.
The felt cannot be washed and used again.*
