Read these instructions carefully and retain them for
future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then
these instructions must be included.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock, and/or injury to persons including the following:
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.

CAUTION This hose contains electrical connections:
– do not use to suck up water;
– do not immerse in water for cleaning;
– the hose should be checked regularly and must not be

• Do not vacuum any hot or incandescent objects, chemicals
or flammable materials.
• Never use the vacuum cleaner without filter inserts. The
appliance may be damaged.
• Before cleaning or maintaining the product, the plug must be
removed from the socket-outlet.

• Only use this product for its intended use.
• Never use a damaged product! Disconnect the product from
the electrical outlet and contact your retailer if it is damaged.
• To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe
it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open
flames as well.
• Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or
tripping over is possible. Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children.
• If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable
for the power consumed by the product.
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, check
that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds
with the power supply details shown on the product rating
label.
• Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the
power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the
product.
• Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when not
in use, before any maintenance and before cleaning.

Keep ventilation openings free from the accumulation of lint,
dust, and loose cloth.

Intended Use
• This product is only intended for vacuuming of dust, lint and dirt on soft and
hardsurfaces.
• Do not use the product for vacuuming ashes, sharp objects, e.g. glass, or to suck
up liquids or flammable substances.
• This product is intended for household use only. It is not intended for
commercialuse.
• This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only.
Before First Use
• Check for transport damages.
• Rotate the power cord hook (L) and unwind the power cord.
• Connect the product to the power supply.

children – these materials are a potential source of danger,
e.g.suffocation.

• Turn the vacuum knob (P) clockwise to the FLOOR position.
Locking/unlocking the combo brush
• Step gently on the combo brush (H). Pull back the handle (A) to recline and unlock
the upright position.
• To lock the product in the upright position, pull forward on the handle.

Brush roller
NOTICE The brush roller (I) will automatically shut off when the product is
locked in upright position. Recline the product to reactivate the
brush roller.
• Press the brush roller button (E) to activate the
brush roller.
• Press the brush roller button (E) again to deactivate
the brush roller.
Turning on/off:
• To turn on, press the on/off button (F).
• To turn off, press the on/off button (F) again.

• Turn the vacuum knob (P) counter-clockwise to the HOSE
position.
• Pull forward on the handle to lock the product.
Handle and accessories
NOTICE Keep the product in locked position while using the accessories.

• Push down the handle release lever (J) and pull the handle (A) out.
• Connect the handle (A) with the hose.
• Ensure the other end of the hose is connected to the product below the
vacuumknob (P).
Above floor cleaning:
• Connect a chosen accessory with the handle.
Emptying the dust container

• Press the dust container release button (O).
• Remove the dust container (B).
• Press the bottom lock button and empty the dust container (B).

• Place the dust container back on the product.
Brush roller: replacing the brush and belt:
NOTICE Always unplug the product before replacing parts.

• Unscrew 5 screws located underneath the combo brush (H).
• Remove the brush base plate.
• Remove the brush roller and the belt.

• Loop the new belt around the motor’s pulley (1) and then the brush roller’s (I)
pulley (2).
• Stretch the belt and place the brush roller back in place.
• Rotate the brush roller (I) to ensure the unobstructed movement of the belt.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug
beforecleaning.
WARNING Risk of electric shock! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the
product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under
running water.
NOTICE Reinstall the filters only after they dry completely.
