WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•AUGMENCY branded products are under AUGMENCY guarantee for 2 (two) years against
manufacturing defects when complied with the principles, warnings and standards specified
in the user manual.
•The Warranty Certificate must be filled and stamped by the AUGMENCY authorized dealer
from whom you purchased the device.
•The warranty is only valid for services to be carried out by AUGMENCY approved services.
Manufacturer and seller companies are not responsible for the intervention of non-expert
and unauthorized persons to the device.
•Maximum repair time is 20 working days. This period starts from the date the device is
delivered to our authorized service workshops, authorized dealers or our company in the
absence of authorized service workshops. If the device malfunction is not fixed within 15
working days, AUGMENCY will allocate another device with similar features to the use of
the customer until the repair of the device is completed.
•The determination of the technical methods to be applied for the elimination of the defect
and the determination of the parts to be replaced is entirely up to the manufacturer.
Correcting the fault can be done at the location of the device, in our authorized service
workshops or in our production facility.
•For the below situations within the warranty period from the date of delivery of the device,
device will be replaced in free of charge;
•Occuring the same failure more than two times or different failures occurring more
than four within 1 (one) year
•Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,
•If it is determined that the repair of the defect is not possible by authorized service
workshops, the replacement will be done free of charge.
•The time for repairs to be made during the repair period is added to the warranty period.
•The warranty period of the replaced device during the warranty application is limited to
the remaining warranty period of the purchased product.
•Warranty period; The warranty starts from the date of delivery to the consumer and the
warranty period is 2 (two) years from the delivery date.
•For problems that may arise with regard to the warranty certificate, the customer can apply
to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology to the General Directorate of Protection
of Consumers and Competition.
•The use of this Guarantee Certificate has been permitted by the Turkish Ministry of Science,
Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition, in
accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Communiqué on the
Principles of Implementation of the Guarantee Certificate that was put into effect on the
basis of this Law.
GENERAL ISSUES EXCLUDING THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY
The following issues and any malfunctions, problems and damages that occur and / or may
occur within the scope of these articles will not be covered by the warranty certificate.
•Falsification or loss of the Warranty Certificate
•Removing the holographic warranty label on the device, removing the mounting screws of
the device by persons other than the authorized service or disassembling the device
•Damages and failures arising from the misuse and out of purpose stated the User Manual,
•Failure to install the device in accordance with the assembly picture in the user manual,
•Damages and failures caused by maintenance and repairs other than the services
AUGMENCY authorized,
•Damages and failures caused by transportation, storage, external physical (crash, collapse,
breaking) and chemical factors after the delivery of the device,
•Damages and failures caused by environmental factors such as (earthquake, fire, flood,
strong wind, lightning strike,
humidity, exposure of the device to frost, etc.)
