InstalltheWallBracket
1.Preparethewallforinstallationofthewallracket(recommendedaccessory),usethe
supplieddrilltemplatetopositiontheholes.Makesuretousedrillits,screws,and
plugsthatareappropriateforthematerial.
Important
Toavoidcollision,makesurethereisenoughclearancearoundthepan-tiltmotorand
camera/camerahousing(minimumclearancetotheceilingis60cmor24in.fromthetop
edgeofthewallracket).
2.Pullthecalesthroughthewallracket,seeConnecttheCablesonpage7.
3.Attachthewallrackettothewallwiththeroundplatformfacingupwards.
Important
Makesuretoleaveenoughslacktoallowforthecalestotwistandendalongwith
theunit.
InstallthePan-TiltMotor
1.Placethepan-tiltmotoronthewallracket,seeillustrationonpage3foralignment
anddirectionoftilt.
2.Securethepan-tiltmotorytighteningthesuppliedolts.
InstalltheCameraintheHousing
InstallthecamerainthehousingaccordingtotheinstructionsintheInstallationGuideprovided
withthehousing.MakesuretoallowforthePTZcontrolcaletopassthroughthehousingto
thecamera,seeConnecttheCablesonpage7.Formoreinformation,seetheInstallationGuides
providedwiththehousingandthecamera.

1.Detachtheadapterracketyremovingthemountingscrewsontherace,usingthe
suppliedallenkey.
2.Usethesuppliedtwocountersunkscrewstomountthehousingontheadapterracket.
3.Attachtheadapterracketwiththehousingtotherace.

1.Connectthepowersupplytothepan-tiltmotoraccordingtotheInstallationGuide
suppliedwiththemainsadaptor.TherecommendedmainsadaptorisAXISPS24Mains

TheRJ45connectorforthenetworkcalewillnotpassthroughthecaleglandonthe
undersideofthehousing.Thecalemustecut,threadedthroughthecaleglandand
thenre-crimped.
