Steam Cleaner Generator
Read this manual through carefully before commissioning the machine, that is, the system.
The purpose of this manual is to provide the user with all the information he needs to be able to
use the machine properly and in the safest and most autonomous way possible.
It includes information about the technical aspect, operation, machine stops, maintenance,
spare parts and safety.
Before anything is done on the machine both the operators and quali ed technicians must read
all the instructions given in this manual carefully.
If there are any doubts about the correct interpretation of the instructions please contact our
offi ce for the necessary clari cations.
This manual is an integral part of the machine and as such must be treated with care by the
purchaser; it must be kept near the machine in a special place and, above all, protected from
liquids and anything else that could ruin its legibility.
The manual must accompany the machine if it is sold to a new user.
It is forbidden for anyone to disclose, modify or use this manual for their own purposes.
1. MANUAL USE
Symbols highlighting situations requiring caution, practical tips and simple information have
been used to help you read and quickly assimilate the contents of this manual.
Pay attention to the meaning of the symbols: they are intended to avoid repeating technical
concepts or safety warnings, and should therefore be regarded as reminder .Consult the chart
below if you are in doubt as to their meaning.

2. SYMBOLS
•The machine is made in compliance with the relevant Community Directives, applicable at the
time it was placed on the market.
•Since this machine is not included in Enclosure 4 of the 2006/42/EC directive a self-declarati-
on of EC conformity is issued. Conformity model “schedule A”.
•The plate on the machine must be similar to the one shown above and duly lled in.
•Do not fill in the boiler with any other substance than normal water, demineralised or distilled
water.
•Point the gun so the steam jet points only in the direction of the job you are performing. Do not
point it in any other direction.
•Turn off the machine when you have finished using it.
•To prevent accident the steamer should be turned off after working hours, during breaks and
secured against unauthorized access.
•Do not exceed maximum /minimum water level.
•The safety devices in this machine are:
›cap ( safety valve)
›Pressure switch
›Thermostat on heating element.
Without water the thermostat interrupts power to the heater.
The machine is fitted with fuses for safeguarding use.
•Warning! During operation the cover and the gun steam outlet, can reach temperatures above
80°C. Don‘t put anything on the top of the machine.

The steam generator has been designed and built for use by only dentists, dental technicians
and goldsmiths. No other application are envisaged by Manufacturer who disclaims any respon-
sibility for damage of whatever kind caused by improper use of the machine.
Modications (however limited) , changing spare parts, modifying or use of non original spares,
automatically release the manufacturer from any liability and shall cause the warranty to lapse.
Only for use by professionally qualied technician and trained adults.
The machine is packed in a cardboard box and securely protected. On receipt of machine
please check all is aligned with the order and is not damage. For any problems call the dealer or
manufacturer immediately.
All our equipments undergoes nal inspection and testing before leaving our factory.
Plastic funnel included.
Remove the packing material in accordance with prevailing environmental protection regulations.
Before connection, check to see that the identication plate indicates the correct voltage for the
electrical supply system. Installation must be carried out in compliance with all applicable safety
standards and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The unit is safe when connected correctly to ground via an appropriate device in accordance
with safety CEE standards. This fundamental requirement must be satised. For any doubt
request an inspection by a professional qualied technician.

• Damage caused by an improperly grounded system;
• Damage to objects and-or harm to people caused by improper installation.

FILLING WATER
• Loosen the cap (safety valve).
• Fill the water by plastic funnel and do not exceed maximum water level.
• Tighten the cap.
• Place the rod supporting the steam gun in its seatings.
• Set the switch to on.
• Wait for the start light to go on (about 10-15 minutes).
• Push the button to activate the steam supply.
During use
• Check the water level on the visual indicator.
• Never open the safety cap when steamer is switched on.
•Condensation inside the pipe generates a small quantity of water which will exit at the rst
steam request.
•Check the water quantity by the glass level and if necessary ll it ( ll it when the machine is
switched OFF).
•Never use the machine with the water under the minimum level. If the water is under the level
the light will become red. It is very important to pay attention to the level of the water.
If the minimum level of water is reached and you still require to use the machine, do so as
follows:
›Switch o and wait several minutes.
›Loosen the cap little bit – ¼ turn and wait for the pressure to be released. Let the remaining
pressure escape.
›Remove the cap carefully.
›Fill the boiler with hot water.
9. USE
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE and CLEANING
We suggest every month:
- Disconnect power supply.
- Loosen a cap and wait for the pressure to be released. Let the remaining pressure escape.
- Put 1/2 lt water with plastic funnel.
- Wait several minute, shake the boiler.
- Reverse down the boiler.
- If necessary try again it.
USE ONLY WATER
If broken or damage it is necessary contact a professional or dealer service and to provide and
supply the spares with original parts.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by inobservance of manual instruc-
tion, or damage caused by unauthorised modi cation, tampering, or the use of non-original or
incompatible spare parts.
For servicing please contact your local dealer or BA International with the following information:

Antes de usar el equipo lea detenidamente el manual completo.
Si la máquina es utilizada por varios operadores, cada uno de ellos tendrá que seguir las inst-
rucciones que tiene a continuación.
El fabricante se exime de cualquier responsabilidad por los daños a las personas, las cosas y la
máquina en cuestión causada por uso inadecuado, por negligencia e interpretaciones super ci-
ales de los conceptos de seguridad que contiene este manual.
Este manual de instrucciones deberá conservarlo durante toda la vida de la máquina y le suge-
rimos que lo mantenga en su lugar conocido y de fácil acceso.
Los datos técnicos contenidos en este manual son de uso exclusivo para el usuario. La em-
presa BA International se reserva el derecho de hacer cambios y modi caciones en cualquier
momento, sin obligación de dar aviso oportuno.
1. INSTRUCCIONES
La simbología de este manual esta creada para destacar situaciones urgentes, consejos prácti-
cos e información.
Preste mucha atención al signi cado de los símbolos : su función es la de evitar la repetición de
conceptos técnicos o advertencias de seguridad, por lo que tiene que considerarlos como
´´recordatorios reales´´. Consulte la tabla siguiente cada vez que tenga una duda en cuanto a su
signi cado.

2. SIMBOLOGIA
•La máquina está fabricada de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las Directivas europeas perti-
nentes, aplicable en el momento de su comercialización.
•Al no estar dicha máquina incluida en el anexo 4 de la Directiva 2006/42/CE, se expedirá una
autodeclaración de conformidad con lo establecido en la CE (adjunta en este manual). El mo-
delo de conformidad «anexo A».
•La placa de la máquina debe ser análoga a la que se muestra más arriba, y debidamente
cumplimentada.
•No llene la caldera con ninguna sustancia que no sea agua (se recomienda el uso de agua
destilada).
•Apunte la pistola y por lo tanto el chorro de vapor solo en la dirección en la que esté trabajan-
do. No apunte la pistola en ninguna otra dirección.
•Apague el aparato cuando haya terminado de usarlo.
•Para evitar que se produzca un accidente, el vaporizador deberá apagarse tras su utilización,
durante las debidas pausas y deberá asegurarse contra accesos no autorizados.
•No exceda el nivel de agua màximo/minimo.
•Los dispositivos de seguridad con los que cuenta esta máquina son:
›tapón con válvula de seguridad
›interruptor de presión
›termostato en el elemento calentador.
En ausencia de agua, el termostato lanza una señal acústica e interrumpe la alimentación del
calentador.
El aparato cuenta fusibles que protegen el resto de funciones.
•Precaución!La parte superior del aparato puede alcanzar temperaturas superiores a los 80°C
durante el uso. No coloque nada sobre de la máquina.

El generador de vapor está diseñado y fabricado para dentistas, técnicos dentales y orfebres.
Otras aplicaciones no previstas por el fabricante, eximen a este de cualquier responsabilidad
por los daños y perjuicios de cualquier tipo causados por el uso indebido de la máquina.
Las modicaciones, el cambio de repuestos o el uso de repuestos no originales, liberan al fabri-
cante de toda responsabilidad e invalidan la garantía.
El equipo sólo puede ser utilizado por adultos y personal cualicado
La máquina se envía en una caja de cartón y protegida con el material adecuado.
En el momento de la recepción debe vericar la integridad de la caja y el embalaje. En caso de
problemas contacte inmediatamente con su distribuidor o fabricante.
Para cualquier problema llame al distribuidor o fabricante.
Todos nuestros equipos se somete a una inspección y unas pruebas nales antes de salir de
nuestra fábrica. Embudo de plástico incluido.
Deseche el embalaje de acuerdo con la normativa medioambiental vigente.
Antes de encender la máquina, verique que la placa de identicación indica el voltaje correcto
del sistema de alimentación eléctrica. La instalación debe llevarse a cabo respetando las nor-
mas de seguridad vigentes y siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.
El aparato es seguro solo si se conecta correctamente a una toma de tierra mediante un dispo-
sitivo apropiado de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad CEE. Debe respetarse dicho requi-
sito esencial. Si tiene alguna duda al respecto, solicite la supervisión de un técnico cualicado
profesional.
El fabricante no se hará responsable de:
• cualquier daño que pueda ser provocado por un sistema conectado a una toma tierra
de forma inadecuada.
• aquellos daños materiales o personales que se deriven de una instalación incorrecta.

LLENADO DE LA CALDERA
• Retire el tapón de llenado
• Coloque el embudo suministrado en la boca de llenado y llene la caldera con agua - no
exceda el nivel máximo.
• Vuelva a colocar el tapón de llenado y cierra rmemente.
• Poner la pistola en la barra de soporte
• Coloque el interruptor en posición ON
• Espera que se encienda la luz verde (10-15 min.)
• Pulse el botòn para activar el suministro de vapor
UTILIZACION
• Compruebe el nivel de agua con el indicador
• Nunca abra el tapón
•La condensación en el interior del tubo conductor genera una pequeña cantidad de agua que
será lanzado a la primera salida de vapor
•Compruebe la cantidad de agua mediante el cristal de nivel; y si es necesario llénelo (recárgu-
elo con el vaporizador apagado).
•Nunca reduzca el nivel de agua al nivel mínimo. En ese caso, un indicador luminoso de color
rojo se encenderá. Dicho indicador es una alarma de alerta, por lo que debe prestar atención
al nivel de agua.
SI LA MAQUINA ESTA CALIENTE:
›Apague el aparato y espere varios minutos
›Afl oje el tapón del llenado un cuarto de vuelta y deje salir la presión remanente
› Retire el tapón con cuidado
› Llene el depósito con agua caliente
