Beacon
Audio's
entire
liability
and

exclusive
remedy
for
any breach of
warrant
shall
be, at Beacon Audio's option,

repair

replace
the
hardware,

to refund

price
paid, provided
that

hardware
is
returned
to

point of
purchase
or
such
other
place as Beacon Audio may
direct
with
