EINFÜHRUNG

Dieses Messgerät ist schnell, präzise und sicher in der Anwendung und dient zur Messung von Strom

direkt am Sicherungssockel und Spannungsmessungen. Das Gerät verfügt über ein großes LCD-

Display, mini / ATO Sicherungssonde und ist somit ideal für die Diagnose an elektrischen

Schaltungen im KFZ-Bereich.

Polaritätsanzeige: Bei falscher Polarität zeigt das Display "ERR".

Durchgangsprüfung

Wenn der gemessene Widerstand kleiner als 1 kOhm ist, zeigt die LCD-Anzeige "Err" an.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Beachten Sie die allgemeinen Werkstatt-Sicherheitsvorschriften bei Verwendung des Testers.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Zündung am Fahrzeuge ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie

Messkabelverbindungen hergestellen oder trennen oder Sie den Tester einschalten.

Bewahren Sie den Tester bei Nichtgebrauch an einem sicheren, trocken und für Kinder nicht

erreichbaren Ort auf.

Zerlegen Sie den Tester nicht. Tester dürfen nur von qualifizierten Techniker geöffnet werden..

Verwenden Sie den Tester nicht, wenn dieser feucht ist (Kondensat) oder in einer feuchten

Umgebung. Verwenden Sie den Tester nur für den KFZ-Bereich, für andere Bereiche ist der Tester

nicht konzipiert. Den Tester niemals im 110 / 230V Spannungbereichen (Hausinstallation) verwenden.

Verwenden Sie den Tester nicht für Zwecke für den er nicht konzipiert ist.

Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel zum Trennen der Krokodilklemmen oder der Sicherungssonde.

Verwenden Sie den Tester nicht, wenn dieser beschädigt ist.

Warnung

Die im Handbuch enthaltenen Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise können nicht auf alle möglicherweise

auftretenden Bedingungen und Situationen eingehen. Der Betreiber muss immer Vorsicht lassen,

besonders bei ungewöhnlichen Bedingungen oder Situationen. Gehen Sie immer mit gesundem

Menschenverstand und der nötigen Vorsicht an die Arbeit.

MESSUNGEN

Strommessung

1. Zündung am Fahrzeug abschalten; Kabel wie in Abb.1 gezeigt anschließen.

2. Drücken Sie die Taste "POWER" zum Einschalten des Messgeräts.

3. Drücken Sie die Taste "MODE" zum wechseln in den Strommess-Modus. Der Buchstabe "A" wird

auf der LCD-Anzeige.

4. Entfernen Sie die Sicherung aus dem Fahrzeug-Sicherungskasten (Abb.2). Setzen Sie diese

Sicherung in die Sicherungssonde ein (Abb.3).

5. Stecken Sie die Sicherungssonde in den Sicherungssockel. Das Fahrzeug kann nun, wenn nötig,

gestartet werden. Der Messwert wird auf dem Display angezeigt.

6. Stromstärke kann nur mit der Sicherungssonde gemessen werden.

Achtung:

Nach längeren Messungen kann die Sicherung heiß sein. Bitte lassen Sie diese vor Entfernen

abkühlen. Stecken Sie immer die zuvor gezogene Sicherung oder eine mit gleichem Wert in die

Sicherungssonde. So stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schaltung im Fahrzeug korrekt abgesichert ist. Die

Strommessung kann nur in Verbindung mit der Sicherungssonde durchgeführt werden.

Messen Sie keine Ströme größer 30 Ampere oder Spannungen größer 48 Volt.

Lassen Sie das Messgerät für min. 10 Sekunden abkühlen, nach Messungen an der maximalen

Messgrenze von 30 Ampere / 48 Volt für 10 Sekunden.

Spannungsmessung

1. Zündung am Fahrzeug abschalten; Tester wie Abb.4 gezeigt

anschließen.

2. Drücken Sie die Taste "POWER", um das Gerät einzuschalten.

3. Drücken Sie "MODE" -Taste, um die Funktion in den Messmodus

Spannung zu änderung. Der Buchstabe "V" wird auf der LCD-

Anzeige. Die Messung kann nun beginnen.

4. Liegt während der Messung eine Spannung kleiner 1 Volt an, wird

keine Spannung angezeigt.

5. Wird während oder vor der Messung die Polarität umgekehrt, zeigt

das Display "ERR" an und der Summer ertönt. Bitte wechseln Sie

die Prüfklemmen und nehmen die Messung erneut vor.

Durchgangsmessung

1. Schritte 1-3 wie bei Spannungsmessung durchführen.

2. Ist der gemessene Widerstand kleiner 1 KOhm, wird "ERR"

angezeigt und der Summer ertönt. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass

das Kabel durchgang hat.

INSTANDHALTUNG

Ersetzen der Batterie

Wenn auf dem LCD Display erscheint, deutet das darauf hin, dass die Batterie ersetzt werden

muss. Bitte verwenden Sie eine neue 9V-Batterie und folgen Sie den Anweisungen in Abb.5 und

Abb.6.

Vorsicht

Bitte entfernen Sie alle Messkabel vor dem Austausch der Batterie.

Bitte achten Sie beim Anschließen der Batterie auf richtige Polarität.

Bitte entsorgen Sie verbrauchte Batterien immer gemäß der örtlichen Bestimmungen.

Automotive Current & Voltage Tester

INTRODUCTION

This meter is fast, accurate and safe to use and is used to measure current directly to the fuse socket

and voltage measurement. The unit features a large LCD display and mini / ATO fuse probe, making

it ideal for the diagnosis of electrical circuits in the automotive sector.

Range: 1 - 48 V DC

Accuracy: ±1 %

Wrong Polarity: When user reversely connects the polarity, the display will show "ERR".

Continuity Test

If the measured resistance is less than 1 kohm, LCD will display "ERR".

SAFETY

Read standard workshop safety procedures before using this tester.

Ensure vehicles ignition is switched OFF before connection or disconnection the tester.

Store the tester in a safety, dry, childproof location when tester is not required.

Do not disassemble. Tester can only disassemble by qualified service person.

Do not use the tester when it wet or it is in damp / wet environment like condensation.

Do not applied the tester other than the automotive circuits.

Do not applied the tester to voltage 110 / 230V.

Do not use it for any purpose other than what it is designed.

Do not pull the cables to free from the fuse terminals.

Do not operate the tester if it's damaged.

situations that may occur. It must be understand that common sense and caution are factors which

cannot write into this manual, but must be applied by the operator.

OPERATION

Current Measurement

1. Turn off the vehicle power; connect the tester as Fig.1.

2. Press the "POWER" button to switch on the power.

3. Press "MODE" button to change the function to current measurement mode. The letter "A" shall

display on the LCD.

4. Remove the fuse from the fuse box in the vehicle (Fig. 2). Put the fuse into the fuse probe (Fig. 3).

5. Plug the fuse probe into the fuse socket. User can start the measurement. User can turn on the

vehicle if it is necessary.

6. Current can only be measured through the fuse probe.

Caution:

After the measurement, the fuse may be hot. Please let it cool down before remove it. Please put the

removed fuse into the fuse probe, so vehicle's circuit can be protected by the right fuse. Current

measurement can only be done by the fuse probe.

Do not measure the current exceeding 30 amp. Do not measure the voltage exceeding 48 Volt.

After the maximum measurement of 30 amp / 48 volt for 10 seconds. Please take at least 10 seconds

break.

Voltage Measurement

1. Turn off the vehicle power; connect the tester as Fig. 4.

2. Press the "POWER" button to switch on the power.

3. Press "MODE" button to change the function to voltage

measurement mode. The letter "V" shall display on the LCD. User

can start the measurement.

4. During the measurement, if the voltage is less than 1 volt, no

voltage will be displayed.

5. During the measurement, if the measured polarity is reversed,

"ERR" will be displayed, and buzzer will buzz. Please reverse the

test probe and do the measurement again.

Continuity Measurement

1. Same step as voltage measurement 1 - 3.

2. If the resistance is less than 1 kohm, "ERR" will be displayed, and

buzzer will buzz. This indicates that it's a continue circuit.

MAINTANCE

Replacing Battery

When appear on the LCD. It means that battery needs to be replaced. Please use new 9V

battery. Follow the instruction of Fig.5 and Fig.6.

Caution

Please remove all the connection before replacing the battery.

Please confirm the battery is in correct polarity before replacing it.

Please dispose old battery according to local authority guideline.
