チップブロワーは機械主軸の回転を用いて、加工後の切りくずやクーラントを清掃するツールです。圧縮空気を使用したエア
ーブローよりも広い面積を瞬時に清掃できるため、作業効率が向上します。また、コンプレッサよりもエネルギー効率が高く、
省エネにも貢献します。
CHIP BLOWER is the tool that cleans chips and coolant after machining by using the rotation of a machine tool.
Since CHIP BLOWER can clean larger area than blowing compressed air in an instant, efciency of operation
improves. CHIP BLOWER can also convert energy more efciently than a compressor, which contributes to
saving energy.

最近の高速マシニングセンタは機械主軸の回転の立ち上がり速度が速くなっています。いきなりご使用の回転数を
指令されますと、ウイングは開く際に強い衝撃を受けるため、一旦、上表のスタートアップ回転数で回転させた後、
所定の回転数に上げてください。
The Startup speed of the high-speed machining centers is becoming higher.If you suddenly command to speed up
to the one you use, wings suffer strong impact when they open.Therefore, rotate a machine spindle once at the
Startup speed shown in the table before increasing to the prescribed rotation speed.

仕様 SPECIFICATIONS
・回転数およびワーク面までの距離は、切削された切り
くずの重量により異なりますので、ご確認の上ご使用
ください。
・The rotation speed and distance from workpiece are
depending on the weight of chips. Please use CHIP
BLOWER after ensuring points.
・強度低下および破損の恐れがあるために、追加工などの改造は絶対に行わないでください。
・長期間の使用により、バネの荷重低下が発生します。約20,000回を目安にチップブロワー専用バネを新品に交換
してください。
・ウイングは高強度のカーボンファイバー強化樹脂製ですが、切りくずの衝突や、ウイング開閉時の衝撃によって、摩
耗や損傷する場合があります。摩耗や損傷が進行するとご使用中にウイングだけでなく、ウイングが取り付いている
本体も経年的な劣化により破損しウイングが外れ、飛び出す可能性があります。定期的にウイングおよび本体の外観、
取付部の損傷状態を目視確認いただき、適時ウイングまたは製品自体の交換を行ってください。
・チップブロワーは必ずフルカバーの機械でご使用ください。ウイング、本体が破損した場合、事故に繋がる可能性が
あるため、必ず扉を閉じて安全を確認した上でご使用ください。
・最高回転数はCBL160=9,000min-1、CBL260=7,000min-1、CBL330=6,000min-1 で す。それ以上の回転
数では絶対に使用しないでください。
・チップブロワーの把握には、ミーリングチャック、コレットチャックをご使用ください。
・回転・停止によるウイングの開閉は、ウイングの衝突・損傷の危険があるため、ワークや治具等に干渉しないか十分
ご注意ください。
・センタスルーの給油時は主軸回転を停止してご使用ください。
・超高速ATCのマシニングセンタでご使用の場合、ATC中にウイングが開く可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
・ATC のためのオリエンテーション動 作によって、ウイングが開く可能性 があります。ATC位置でウイングの開いた際
の干渉がある場合、干渉のない位置で、オリエンテーション（M19）を行ってください。
修理について FOR REPAIR
バネ、ウイング交換はご購入先を通じて弊社まで
ご連絡ください。
When you exchange the springs and wings, please
contact BIG DAISHOWA or our local distributor for
exchanging them.
・Never remodel by additional machining, or the product may lose strength and be broken.
・The springs lose tension due to long period of usage. Please exchange the exclusive springs of CHIP BLOWER
for new ones about every 20,000 times of usage as a standard.
・Although the wings are made of high-strength CFRP, they may be worn or damaged due to collision with chips or
shock of wings' opening and closing actions. If those wear and damage worsen, the wings may be removed and
own out during use as a result of not only the wear or damage to the wings but also the broken body due to
deterioration. Ensure to check visually the conditions of the appearance and damage of the wings and the body
on regular basis and replace the wings or the entire product whenever necessary.
・Use CHIP BLOWER in a fully covered machine only. Ensure to always close the cover and conrm the safety
whenever the CHIP BLOWER is used, as the broken wing or body may cause serious accidents.
・The maximum rotation is CBL160= 9,000min-1,CBL260=7,000min-1 ,CBL330=6,000min-1. Do not use in more than
the maximum rotation.
・Please use Milling Chuck or Collet Chuck to hold the cylindrical shank of CHIP BLOWER.
・When the wings open and close due to rotation and stop, be careful of interference with a workpiece and jigs.
Otherwise, they might carry the risk of collision or damage.
・When supplying coolant through spindle, make sure that CHIP BLOWER is not on rotation.
・
In case of machining center with very high-speed ATC. Be careful that there is possibility that the wings open during ATC.
・It is possible that the wings open because of the movement of orientation for ATC. If there is interference at the
ATC position when the wings open, do the orientation(M19)at the no interference position.

より早く確実に機械清掃が行えます。
When T-SLOT CLEAN is used to
cover T-grooves on a machine table,
cleaning can be surely done faster.
