Important Notes:
• Please read through these instructions from start to finish before commencing any work.
• Ensure All bolts are tightened to relevant tension setting listed as below.

All bolt tensions are as follows unless otherwise specified.

1. Before fitting, please check the chassis
mount application is compatible with your
vehicle
2. Position the chassis mount on the vehicle
chassis rail ends as shown.
4. Attach the radar to the radar mount plate,
then secure in place using :
• M6 x 1.0 x 20mm hex bolts (3)
• M6 x Ø12.5mm Flat Washers (6)
• M6 x 1.0 Nyloc Nuts (3)
3. Fit radar mount plate to the front face of the
chassis mount at slot holes, then loosely se-
cure it with using :
• M8 x 1.25 x 30mm hex bolts (2)
• M8 x Ø19mm Flat Washers (4)
• M8 x 1.25 Nyloc Nuts (2)

5. Once bull bar is aligned with vehicle and
bolts tightened, align the radar behind the
front face of the bar at rectangular hole,
ensuring the radar is central to opening
and parallel to the front face as show be-
low.

6. Check all bolts are tightened to relevant
torque setting listed on page 2.
Adjust the radar if necessary. Small ad-
justments can be made by adjusting the
radar to the radar mount plate position
with using the fasteners in step 3.
7. Check the wire harness will not chafe on
any surfaces and secure with cable ties
where necessary.
