•Individual stainless steel pan supports each 400 x 350 (1’-33/4” x 1’-13/4”).
•High output brass burner, removable for easy cleaning with central and external flame face and integral pilot.
•Radiused stainless water bath with overflow to the rear to catch spillages and prevent anything burning on.
•Drain to be connected to waste.
•Control and adjustment by gas valve and pilot.
•Cast brass control knob and backing plate on the front facia.

2. OPERATIONS
2.1.CONTROLS
ÀPILOT IGNITION
•Press control knob and turn it to V.
•
Ignite pilot with a tape or wand, keeping the control
knob pressed for 15 seconds.
•
Release the knob, the pilot should stay lit if not
repeat the operation keeping the control knob in for
longer.
ÁBURNER IGNITION
•
To ignite the burner, turn the control anti-clockwise
to high heat position.
•
To switch to low heat, press the control in and turn
it anti-clockwise to low heat position.
HIGH HEAT POSITION
LOW HEAT POSITION
ÂEXTINGUISHING BURNER (returning to pilot)
•Turn the control knob back to V.
ÃEXTINGUISHING PILOT (COMPLETELY OFF)
•Press and turn the control back to the lposition.
2.2.CLEANING
The open burners have removable Stainless Steel pan supports and a stainless water bath to collect splashes
and spills whilst preventing them burning on. The water bath should be filled with water up to the level of the
overflow to make cleaning easier.
Daily cleaning (after every service)
•Remove the pan support(s) and clean them.
•Remove the actual open burners.
•Clear any debris from the water bath to prevent it
going down the drain.
•Clean the stainless water bath with a cloth (be
careful with the pilot assembly) drain any remaining
water by removing the overflow pipe.
Complete cleaning (once a week)
•Having realized the daily cleaning, before replacing
the components, clean the burner cap of the open
burners.
•Refit the open burners. (Take care not to damage
the pilot).
•Refit the pan support.

3. MAINTENANCE AND AFTER SALES
3.1.TECHNICAL ACCESS
ACCESS TO THE GAS CONTROL ACCESS TO THE BURNER
1- Remove thegas controlknob concerned located on the
stainless strip or facia panel (Moderne range) or on thecover
(Classic range) (see procedure paragraph 5 in thegeneral
instructions).
1- Holding theburner with both hands, on the inlet pipe and the
pot, lift gently tounhook it and pulltowards the front whilst
dropping the end toclear the suite.
2- Remove thestainless strip or facia panel (Moderne range) or
the cover (Classic range) which houses theburner controlknobs
(see procedure paragraph 5 in thegeneral instructions).
2- Access to the venturi air regulation collar (undo the M5locking
screw).
3- Access to the valveand bypass jet. 3- Access to the pilot (and jet) and to the mainburner injector
(this can be undone with a 13 mm. (1/2’’) spanner).

RA: Air adjustment
The air adjustment must be set to the dmeasurement
specified in the previous panel.

Remarks:
If flame is weak and yellow : this indicates lack of primary air. In this case, move the venturi closer to the burner
(increase d).
If flame is flickering and spurts : this indicates too much primary air. In this case, move the venturi away from
the burner (decrease d).
