any part thereof in the judgment

Bowmar is proven
to
be defec-
tive
in
material

workmanship
within

year
from

of
original
purchase,
such defects
will
be
repaired
or
replaced (at the Company's option) free
of
charge
for
parts and labor.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged by accident

which has been misused, altered,
