User Manual for Tenderizingtimer 1 channel
1. How to turn on/o the timer: Long press the button of for 3 seconds, to turn on or o
the timer.
2. How to set the target Degree.Day: e default target is 40 degress/day(can be adjusted).
Press or to adjust to expected value, then press “SET/RESET” to conrm.
At the same time, timer starts count down. e status shows .
Adjusting setpoint is also available during running.
3. Running and Pause: During running, by pressing “SET/RESET”, status can be switched
between running and pause.
4. Reset target and restart countdown: By long pressing “SET/RESET”, one can reset the target
setpoint to 40 degree/day, and the timer is back to the initial status.
5. Sampling cycle: values update for every 30 minute. During the 30 minutes, timer calculate
verage ambient temperature by sampling temperature for every 5 minutes.
6. Battery and life: button battery Model CR2032 , 3,0VDC. Lifetime: Up to 1 year (Included)
Explanation of display items:
7. TENDERIZATION: it shows how many percent have be done for the tenderizing.
Aer 100% reached, it will continue counting until 200% is done.
8. DAY LEFT: how many days are le until the target “Degree.Day” is reached.
Aer 100% tenderization is done, “DAY LEFT” continue to count as negative value.
9. Measuring temperature: ambient temperature shown on right corner
10. Status: indicates running. A ashing indicates pause.
11. DEGREE DAY: target setpoint
How to install battery (Sensor one):
1. Remove the 4 screws as shown and open the main cover to install battery.
2. Be sure to install the battery with the correct polarity.
