1. 1. BIT-MSE-U1-312 is an industrial-grade and
high-performance product, and its ultra-high-definition
resolution supports even up to 8Kx2K@60Hz.
2. Maximum support 3 inputs and 12 outputs. All splicing
modes within 12 screens can be combined arbitrarily:
horizontal screens / vertical screens / odd-numbered
screens splicing, and supports large-scale parallel use.

low power consumption, energy saving and environmental
protection design. Conductive heat dissipation is adopted

3.Operation instructions
3.1. Device Connection
1) Connect the output of the computer graphics card to the
input of BIT-MSE-U1-312.
2) Connect the BIT-MSE-U1-312 output to the display device,
and each output port serial number should be connected to
the corresponding display screen.
3) BIT-MSE-U1-312 should be connected to 220V power.
4) After the correct connection is completed, the power light,
signal light and output light will show a steady state.

4. Common problems
4.1. Device problem
4.1.1 Red light problem
1. Check the power cord, 220V power cord should be used for
power supply.
2. Test whether the power supply to the device is stable
(whether the voltage is stable, etc.).
3. Replace other 220V power adapters to test whether it is the
power adapter.

4.1.2 Green light problem
1. The input signal light is damaged, or other failures (EDID
chip damage, etc.).
2. The input signal light is damaged, or other failures
(computer graphics card problem, device resolution problem,
secondary device problem, and signal line problem, etc).
3. When there is input (the input indicator is always on) and
there is no output (the output indicator flashes/off), check
whether the computer graphics card has output. You can
connect the graphics card output to a monitor that can be
used normally to see if there is output. If several output ports
are normal, the normal output port can be exchanged with
the abnormal output port. After the exchange, the abnormal
port can output normally, it may be a problem with the output
line, so replace the output line.

4.2. Computer graphics card problem
1. Check whether the graphics card needs additional power
supply. Multi-output graphics cards with multiple output
ports generally require additional power supply. Whether
there is output port switch control, please refer to the
instruction manual of the corresponding graphics card.
2. Confirm that the output port of the graphics card is a
bandwidth output above 300M.
3. It is not recommended to use other signals to convert to
HDMI. Please directly use the HDMI port on the graphics card
to connect with the device
4. If the computer graphics card is connected to the device,
check the graphics control panel to confirm if the device
name can be seen.
5. 5. It is best to install the latest version of the graphics card
driver, and download the latest graphics card driver from the
official website. Before installing the latest driver, uninstall the
old driver.
