Attach each side (A) to the bottom base (B)
Place the (4) posts (E) into the corners of both
sides (A)

Attach the shallow tray (C) to each side (A)
Attach the top frame (D) to the top of the (4) posts (E)
5. Attach the (3) blade bars (G)

Attach the deep tray (C) to each post (E)

Attach the spring guide (J) to the bottom of the
lower tray (C)

Install the (4) paper role poles (I), along with
the loc ing collars, springs and large washers
Attach (6) tape hubs (K)
