TDC USA Inc. warrants, subject
to the conditions stated below, that
from the date of purchase, this
product will be free from mechanical
defects for a period of one year.
TDC USA Inc. at its option, will
repair or replace this product found
to be defective during the warranty
period. Should this product become
defective by reason of improper
workmanship or material defect
during the specified warranty period,
TDC USA Inc. will repair or replace
the same effecting all necessary
parts replacements for a period of
one year from the date of purchase.
If product is no longer available
we will replace it with a product of
equal value. Transportation charges
on parts, or products in whole,
submitted for repair or replacement,
under this warranty, must be borne
by the purchaser. Proof of purchase
is required to obtain warranty service
or replacement. Save your proof of
purchase receipt. is warranty is
available to consumers household
use ONLY.
What does this warranty cover?
Most warranty repairs are handled
routinely, but sometimes requests
for warranty service may not
be appropriate. For example,
warranty service would NOT apply
if the product damage occurred
because of misuse, lack of routine
maintenance, shipping, handling,
3rd party warehousing or improper
installation. During the warranty
period, TDC USA Inc., at its option,
will repair or replace any part that,
upon examination, is found to be
defective under normal use and
service.
NORMAL WEAR: is warranty
does not cover normal wear of parts
or damage resulting from any of the
following: negligent use or misuse
of the product; improper voltage
or current; use contrary to the
operation instructions; deviation
from instructions regarding storage
and transportation; repair or
alteration by the user or any outside
facilities. Further, the warranty does
not cover Acts of God, such as fire,
flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
TDC USA Inc. shall not be liable
for any incidental or consequential
damages caused by the breach of any
express or implied warranty.

• Installation / Set up adjustments
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage due to weather,
lightning,
and other acts of God, such as
power surges
• Accidental damage
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Negligence
• Commercial purposes/use,
including but not limited to
use in a place of business or in
communal areas of a multiple
dwelling condominium or
apartment complex, or otherwise
used in a place of other than a
private home.
• Modification of any part of the
product
• Damage due to incorrect
operation or maintenance
• Connection to an incorrect
voltage or power supply
Attempted repair by any person
not authorized by TDC USA Inc.
• Consumables, including but
not limited to batteries (i.e. AA,
AAA, C, etc.)
• Loss or eft of this product or
any part of the product
• Failures or Damage caused by
any contact including but not
limited to liquids, gels or pastes.
• If your product should prove to
be defective within the warranty
period, we will repair it, or if we
think necessary, replace it. To
