Safety
• Do not expose the unit to dampness or moisture.
• Switch the system off when it is not in use.
• Do not cut the cables in order to connect them to another source of power.
• The monitor must not be positioned so that it significantly obstructs driver visibility.
• Never modify the unit.

Place the reversing light
wire in the cable connector.
Place the camera power
lead in the cable connector.
Close and lock
the cable connector.
Installation
1. Unscrew the number plate screws and remove
the number plate from the vehicle.
2. Drill a hole for the connecting lead centrally above
the location of the number plate. If there is a hole
already there is no need to drill another one.
3. Remove the protective paper from the bracket.
4. Secure the camera and run the power lead into
the interior of the vehicle.
5. Adjust the camera to a suitable angle.
6. The camera must be connected to the reversing
light in order to operate.
• Locate the supply to the reversing light
with a suitable meter, such as a multimeter.
(Alternatively the camera can be powered form
the number plate light, in which case it will be
operative all the time).
• Note that on recent vehicles with fault
monitoring you may have to run a separate
supply with a switch. If you need help with this,
consult a mechanic or a workshop.
Connection
The camera can be connected directly to the reversing light by connecting the red
camera lead to positive and the black lead to negative. There is no need to cut any
cables. Use the cable connectors supplied.

Installing the monitor
1. Fix the suction cup to the windscreen.
2. Fit the monitor to the holder on the suction
cup arm. A small latch must be pressed to
release the holder from the screen.
3. Connect the lead to the monitor.
• Plug in the cigarette lighter plug.
• Alternatively, the connecting lead
supplied can be used to connect
the monitor directly to the electrical
system of the vehicle.
Note:
The camera can be used in wireless and non-wireless mode.
For image transmission via a cable (if there is interference in wireless mode),
connect as shown in the diagram below.

Testing the system
1. Turn on the ignition but do not start the engine. Engage reverse gear.
2. The camera is activated and the monitor receives the signal and comes on auto-
matically. If the monitor does not come on, press [On/Off ].
If the image does not coincide with the scene in the rear-view mirror,
press the image adjustment button to adjust it.
The different angles allow you to install the camera and/or the monitor as required for
astraight image. When you have tested the system and made the right choice,
refit the number plate, tightening the screws firmly. Make sure that any wiring inside
the vehicle is covered.
When you engage any gear other than reverse, the camera switches off and
the monitor screen goes black.
Note: If there is no image, try another channel.
Care and maintenance
If necessary, wipe the product with a dry cloth.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.
