Product description
Smart lift function allowing the iPod to sit inside and be protected. Built-in FM radio
with preset stations, alarm clock and 3.5 mm aux input. 230 V mains or battery
operated. 8 x C/LR14 batteries (sold separately). Compatible with iPod nano/touch.
Comes with remote control and mains adaptor.

Changing the batteries of the
remote control
1. Open the battery compartment by pressing the
base in the direction of the arrow and remove the
battery holder.
2. Make sure the battery is correctly inserted
according to polarity markings.

RESET DC INAUX
FM ANT
Installation
Plug the AC/DC adaptor into the device and then plug mains plug into a wall outlet.
Use
1. Start the device by pressing Power (2). The time will be displayed.
2. The display will show “IPOD”.
3. Push OPEN/CLOSE to open the iPod dock. Insert the iPod into the cradle and
press OPEN/CLOSE again to close the iPod dock.
Note: The iPod speaker is compatible with all iPod models with a dock connector. Use
the iPod cradle that fits your iPod, otherwise connect the iPod wtihout using a cradle
to the iPod speaker’s docking connection.
Important! Use only the buttons on the iPod speaker or its remote control. Do not
press the iPod buttons themselves when it is connected to the docking station.
Always remove the iPod before moving the iPod speaker.
Features
• Repeat
In iPod-mode press REPEAT on the remote to select REPEAT ALL (all tracks) or
REPEAT 1 (one track).
• Random playback
In iPod-mode, press RAN/ST on the remote control for random playback.
• Equalizer modes
Press EQ on the remote control to select equalizer effects. Select between FLAT,
STUDIO, ARENA, MONITOR, and CLUB.
• Mega bass
In iPod-mode, press MBASS on the remote for enhanced bass. MBASS will be
displayed in the lower left-hand corner.

• Sleep timer
You can program the device to turn off automatically after a certain set time:
10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90 minute countdowns are available. Press sleep (15)
on the remote to select a time.
• Reset
Use a pointed object on back of the device (2), to reset the device to
its factory settings.
• AUX
When the iPod is in stop mode, press FUNCTION and select AUX. You are now
able to connect an external player (CD/MP3) to the AUX-input (3) located on the
back of the device.
Radio
When the iPod is in stop mode, press FUNCTION and select RADIO.
• Manual station search
Use rev or fwd on the remote or device to search for stations manually.
• Automatic station search
Press and hold in rev or fwd on the remote control or device until digits start to
advance indicating that station search has been activated.
• Saving a station
When you have reached a station that you wish to save press mem/set (5)
on the remote.
• Saving a previously saved station
Press m+ (18) or m- (19) on the remote control to select.
Clock
Setting the time
1. Turn off the device so that it is in standby-mode.
2. Press mem/set on the remote control. The hours setting starts to flash.
3. Press rev (7) or fwd (6) to change the hours.
4. Press mem/set to reach the minutes setting.
5. Press rev (7) or fwd (6) to adjust the minutes.
6. Press mem/set to confirm and to exit.
Alarm 1 och 2
1. Turn off the device so that it is in standby-mode.
2. Press and hold in al 1 until the hours setting starts to flash.
3. Press rev (7) or fwd (6) to change the hours.
4. Press al1 again to reach the minutes setting.
5. Press rev (7) or fwd (6) to adjust the minutes.
6. Press al1 to confirm and to exit.
Repeat the same steps for alarm 2 but select al2 on the remote control instead.

Selecting the alarm signal: Regular alarm, iPod or radio.
1. In alarm mode, select either al1 or al2.
2. The alarm signals are set to volume level 12. Volume can be adjusted with the
volume controls on the device.
3. The volume cannot be adjusted in standby mode and will stay at level 12.
SNOOZE: When the alarm sounds, press SNOOZE (3) on the device. SNOOZE will be
active for 9 minutes and will be shown on the display.
Deactivating SNOOZE: When the display shows SNOOZE, press POWER to deacti-
vate. The SNOOZE symbol disappears from the display.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the product using a dry cloth as and when required.
Never use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.
Troubleshooting guide
• No power: Make sure the mains lead is undamaged and correctly plugged into the
power point.
• No sound is heard: Make sure the player is in playback mode and that the volume
is higher than 00.

dispose of this product, please contact your municipality.
