Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save
it for future reference. Wereserve theright for any errors in text or images and any
necessary changes made to technicaldata. Intheevent of technical problems or other

Safety
• This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of theproduct in asafe way
and understand thehazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keeptheproduct
and its mains lead out of reach of children under theage of 8.
• Theproduct may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or persons with alack of experience or knowledge which could
jeopardize their safety, provided they have been instructed in thesafe operation
of theproduct and understand thehazards involved. Neverlet children play with
theproduct.
• Theproduct should not be taken apart or modified. Nevertry to open thecasing.
Thecasing houses dangerous current-carrying non-insulated components.
Contact with these can lead to fire or electricshock.
• Do not place theproduct where there is arisk of it falling into water or other liquid.
Donot place any objects which contain liquid onto theproduct such as vases,
drinks,etc.
• Theventilation openings must not be blocked or covered. Position theproduct
where air can circulate freely on allsides.
• Never subject theproduct to high temperature, dust, heavy vibration, impacts,
humidity or moisture.
• Never use theproduct if it, themains lead or theplug is damaged or if theproduct
is not functioning properly.
• Never lay themains lead over hot surfaces or pull it round sharp edges or corners.
• Position themains lead in such away that it will not be trodden on or trippedover.
• Place theproduct on steady level surface to prevent therisk of it tippingover.
• Do not place theproduct in constant sunlight or near naked flames such as wood
stoves, lit candles,etc.
• Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for prolonged periods can lead to
permanent hearingloss.
• Unplug theproduct from thewall socket during thunder storms or if it is not to be
used for alongtime.
• This product should only be repaired by aqualified service technician.

Things to consider
• Other wireless equipment using thesame frequency band can reduce
thetransmissionrange.
• Therange of all wireless equipment depends on thetype of obstacles located
between thetransmitter and thereceiver (e.g. aconcrete wall will interfere with
thesignal more than aplasterboard wall).
If you experience problems, try thefollowing
• Turn off any other existing wireless equipment to check whether this is thecause
of theproblem.
• Reposition thewireless equipment, shorten thedistance between thetransmitter
and thereceiver or reduce thenumber of obstacles (walls, furniture,etc.)
betweenthem.
Care and maintenance
• Clean thespeaker using alightly moistenedcloth. Useonly mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• If thespeaker is not to be used for along time, thebattery should be fully charged
every second month to prolong its capacity.
• Store thespeaker indoors, in adry, dust-free place out of children’sreach.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

1. [MAIN, ON/OFF] Main power switch, on/off

5. 12V DC: Input socket for 12-voltd.c. power source such as car batteries.
Note:Make sure that thepolarity is correct before connecting theproduct to

affected. Useful for speaking/singing over background music.

Operating instructions
On/off
Theproduct has two power switches, [MAIN, ON/OFF] (1) and [AC, ON/OFF] (2)
which work as follows:
[MAIN, ON/OFF] [AC, ON/OFF]
ON OFF Theproduct is switched on and powered by
thebuilt-in battery.
ON ON Theproduct is switched on and powered by
230V mains supply.
OFF ON Theproduct is switched off and thebuilt-in
battery is being charged.
OFF OFF Theproduct is switched off and thebuilt-in
battery is not being charged.
Connections and settings
For details of connections and settings, refer to theButtons and functions
sectionabove.
Bluetooth connection
To connect anexternal device via Bluetooth, do as follows:
1. Switch thespeaker to thedesired mode, refer to thetableabove.
2. Press [Select Input] so that theLED indicator for Bluetooth status lights (it starts to
flash after afew seconds)
3. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeaker.
4. Thespeaker will appear on your device as ER2536, select it and pair it with your
device. Referto theinstruction manual of your device for further clarification if you
are unsure.
5. Once connection has been established theLED indicator on thespeaker will shine
asteadyblue.
6. Start playback on your device. Setthedesired volume levels both on your device
and thespeaker. Control theother playback settings on theexternal device and on
thespeaker.
Note: Ifyou are prompted to enter aPIN code on your device, you should enter 0000
(four zeroes). Certain devices may also require you to approve theconnection.
If you have connected amobile phone to thespeaker via Bluetooth and receive
acall whilst you are listening to music, themusic will be switched off automatically.
Oncethecall has been ended, music playback will be resumed (if your phone settings
enable this).

Troubleshootingguide
Thespeaker will not
switchon.
• Check that you have switched thespeaker on
theright way, refer to theOperating instructions –
On/off sectionabove.
• Depending on which power source you have selected
for thespeaker:
- Thebattery might beflat. Recharge thebattery.
- Make sure that themains lead is undamaged and
is securely connected to both theelectrical socket
and thespeaker.
- Check that theelectrical socket islive.
No sound when
anexternal device
is connected to
thespeaker via
Bluetooth.
• Check thevolume and play/pause status on both
theexternal device and speaker.
• Make sure that theBluetooth connection has been
properly established.
• Test theplayback of thefile on theBluetooth device
on its own to make sure it works before connecting it
to thespeaker.
• Try using anotherfile. Thefile you are attempting to
play may be incompatible or damaged.
• Make sure that no other wireless devices are
disrupting thecurrent Bluetooth connection.
No sound from
theexternal device
connected via
theAUDIO INPUT
socket.
• Check for sufficient volume level on theconnected
device and thespeaker.
• Check theplay/pause button on theconnected
device.
• Check that thecable connecting thedevice and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
• Test theplayback of thefile on thedevice itself before
connecting it to thespeaker.
• Try using anotherfile. Thefile you are attempting to
play may be incompatible or damaged.
No sound from
theconnected
microphone.
• Check that the speaker is in AUX mode.
• Check thevolume.
• Check that thecable connecting themicrophone and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.
No sound from
theconnected
instrument.
• Check that the speaker is in AUX mode.
• Check thevolume on thespeaker and theconnected
instrument.
• Check that thecable connecting theinstrument and
thespeaker is undamaged and securely connected.

ellerdryck.
• Ventilationsöppningarna får inte blockeras. Placera produkten så att luft fritt kan

• Utsätt aldrig produkten för höga temperaturer, dammig miljö, starka vibrationer,
stötar, fukt ellerväta.
• Använd aldrig produkten om den, nätsladden eller stickproppen är skadade eller
om den inte fungerar normalt.
• Placera aldrig nätsladden över heta ytor eller över skarpa kanter ochhörn.
• Se till att nätsladden placeras så att inte någon riskerar att snubbla påden.
• Placera produkten så att den inte riskerar att falla omkull.
• Placera inte produkten iihållande solljus eller inärheten av öppen eld som vedspis/
kamin eller levandeljus.
• Skydda din hörsel. Lyssning med hög volym under lång tid kan leda till bestående
hörselskador.
• Bryt strömmen till produkten genom att dra ut stickproppen ur vägguttaget vid
åska och när den inte ska användas under enlängre period.
• Produkten får endast repareras av kvalificerad servicepersonal.

Tänk påatt
• Annan befintlig trådlös utrustning på samma frekvensband kan påverka räckvidden
negativt.
• Räckvidden på all trådlös utrustning påverkas av vilka hinder som finns mellan
sändaren och mottagaren (t.ex. dämpar enbetongvägg signalen avsevärt mer än
engipsvägg).
Vid funktionsproblem, prova följande lösningar
• Stäng av övriga befintliga trådlösa utrustningar för att kontrollera om de kan vara
orsaken till problemet.
• Flytta den trådlösa utrustningen, förkorta avståndet, eller minska antalet hinder
(väggar, möbleretc.) mellan sändaren och mottagaren.
Skötsel och underhåll
• Rengör högtalaren med enlätt fuktadtrasa. Använd ettmilt rengöringsmedel,
aldrig lösningsmedel eller frätande kemikalier.
• Om högtalaren inte ska användas under enlängre period, ladda upp batteriet helt
varannan månad för att behålla kapaciteten.
• Förvara högtalaren inomhus på entorr och dammfri plats utom räckhåll förbarn.
Avfallshantering
När du ska göra dig av med produkten ska detta ske enligt lokala föreskrifter.
