I/Ports
ClearCube I/Ports rely on Microsoft’s RDP technology for connectivity to ClearCube PC Blades.
RDP includes built-in USB redirection capability for the following types of peripherals: USB mass
storage devices (disk-on-keys, CD-ROMs, external hard drives, etc.), printers, serial port devices
and USB smart card readers. Because not all manufactures strictly adhere to the USB
specification, some devices are not capable of being redirected by RDP. For a trouble-free
implementation and the best user experience, ClearCube strongly recommends purchasing I/Port
peripherals from the certified list below.
