Safety
Do not cover.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
prevents them from using theappliance safely without supervision or instruction.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
theappliance in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Children shall not play with theappliance.
• If themains lead is damaged in any way it must be replaced by aqualified electrician.
• Do not position theheater directly under thepower socket inside thevehicle.
• Thedistance to theclosest object (e.g. car seat) in front of thesafety grille of
theheater must be at least 30 cm. Thedistance to theclosest surface above
theheater must be at least 10cm.
• Theheater must not be mounted in such away that it blows air downward,
towards thefloor. Failure to take these precautions could result in theappliance
overheating.
• Theheater must not be covered or its exhaust ports blocked in any way.
• No objects are to be poked through thesafety grille.
• When installing theheater in your vehicle, check to see if there are any special
directions or rules that apply to your specific type of vehicle. Theheater must not
be placed in such away that it might obstruct airbags or other equipment inside
thevehicle.
• Any installation inside avehicle should be carried out professionally using materials
and products designed for vehicles.
• Theheater must not be used outdoors or in damp environments. TheIP rating of
theheater is IP20.

Operation
Plug theheater into thepower socket located in thecabin of thevehicle. Theoutlet
socket inside thecar should be connected to thepower inlet socket on theoutside of
thevehicle via apermanently installed cable. Thecable must be rubber-coated with
acore area of at least 1.5 mm² (H05RN-F) and encased in aflexible metal armour
sheath. Thecar heater can be placed on thefloor and be pointed upwards using
theadjustable stand. Theheater can also be mounted under theglove compartment
or centre console using thesupplied bracket.
Overheating protection
Thecar heater has abuilt-in thermal over-temperature protection device. Iftheover-
temperature protection is triggered, thecar heater is automatically shut off.
Oncetheheater has cooled, it will work again as normal.
Theover-temperature protection device is reset by unplugging theheater from
thepower socket. Waitfor 5 to 10 minutes for theheater to cool before plugging it
in and using it again.
As anextra safety measure theheater is also fitted with athermal fuse safety cut-off.
This thermal fuse cannot be reset, so if it has blown thecar heater cannot be reused
and should be discarded.

Placement
Thecar heater can be placed

must be no closer than 30 cm.
Theremust always be 10 cm
of space above theheater;
otherwise there is arisk of it
overheating.
If theheater is placed on
thefloor, theadjustable stand
should be used to direct
theflow of air upwards.
Whenattaching theheater
to thecentre console,
thesupplied bracket should
be used. Thecar heater must
never be positioned so that
it blows air downwards or
directly towards theseat.
Attach thebracket using
thesupplied screws.
Pushthecar heater into
thebracket and make sure that
it is secure before turning it on.

Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with
general household waste. This applies throughout theentire EU. In order
to prevent any harm to theenvironment or health hazards caused by
incorrect waste disposal, theproduct must be handed in for recycling
so that thematerial can be disposed of in aresponsible manner. When
recycling your product, take it to your local collection facility or contact
theplace of purchase. They will ensure that theproduct is disposed of in
anenvironmentally sound manner.

Risk för överhettning.

Användning
Anslut stickproppen till ettvägguttag placerat ikupén. Uttagetinne ibilen ska vara
anslutet till intagskabelns kontakt på bilens utsida via enfast installerad kabel.
Kabelnska vara minst 1,5 mm² gummikabel av minsta typ H05RN-F förlagd iböjlig
metallslang. Kupévärmarenkan placeras på golvet och riktas uppåt med hjälp
av det ställbara stödet. Denkan också monteras med det bifogade fästet under
handskfacket eller på mittkonsolen.
Överhettningsskydd
Kupévärmaren har inbyggt termiskt överhettningsskydd. Omöverhettningsskyddet
löser ut slås kupévärmaren automatiskt av. Närvärmaren svalnat fungerar den som
vanligt igen.
Överhettningsskyddet återställs genom att stickproppen dras ur eluttaget.
Väntasedan i5 till 10 minuter tills värmaren har svalnat. Därefterkan den på
nyttanslutas och startas.
Som extra säkerhet finns ytterligare entemperatursäkring som bryter definitivt.
Denna temperatursäkring kan inte återställas och om den har löst ut så kan inte
värmaren startas igen. Kupévärmaren ska då kasseras.

föremål framför skyddsgallret
(exempelvis sätet) alltid måste
vara 30 cm. Vidaremåste det
finnas minst 10 cm fritt luftrum
ovanför kupévärmaren, annars
finns risk för överhettning.
Vid placering på golvet ska
stödet fällas ut så att luftflödet
riktas uppåt. Vidmontering på
mittkonsolen ska bifogat fäste
användas. Kupévärmarenfår
ej monteras så att den blåser
nedåt eller riktas mot sätet.
Skruva fast kupévärmarens
fäste med hjälp av medföljande
skruvar. Tryck därefter fast
kupévärmaren på fästet
och kontrollera att den sitter
ordentligt innan användning.

Avfallshantering
