PRODUCT FEATURES
· Emergency start 12 V power supply for vehicles, vessels and other mobile
tools, without the need for other vehicle assistance or AC power. Normally,
12 V can start gasoline vehicles below 12 L and diesel vehicles below 10 L. It is
able to start 24 V engineering vehicles, off-road vehicles, trucks, buses, and
armoured vehicles.
· 12 or 24 V output can be switched by panel switch.
· 12 V DC cigarette lighter output interface with overload automatic cut-off
function. It can be used as a power source for 12 V DC appliances with a
cigarette lighter plug.
· The internal maintenance-free sealed battery requires no maintenance
other than proper charging. The placement is not limited by the angle and
there is no risk of acid leakage.
· The external charger can charge the unit via the charger connection.
The charger has an automatic charging protection function that is fully
automatic off.
· Press the power test reset “TEST” switch to digitally display the battery
voltage value and the percentage of power, indicating the internal battery
real-time power status for easy reading.
· Multi-function lighting, 5 different working modes, convenient for
emergency use.
WARNING
· When starting the vehicle with this product, it is necessary to wear an eye
protection cover. When the start-up operation is not correct, there is a
danger. If battery acid splashes, ush the splashed area with clean water,
especially for vulnerable parts of the body, and ask for medical assistance.
· When the battery is in the wrong operation, continuous short circuit or
high current discharge, it will gradually heat up, which is prone to explosion
hazard. Therefore, pay attention to the following conditions:
- When the product is not in use, make sure that the start switch (black
switch) is in the “OFF” position to prevent the red or black clamp from
inadvertently touching or short-circuiting.

- Under no circumstances should the red and black clamps be in direct
contact or clamp the same conductor at the same time.
- Before starting, make sure the vehicle’s power supply is 12 V.
Otherwise, it will damage the product or the vehicle’s battery and may
be dangerous.
- At starting, the polarity of the battery clamped by the red and black
clamps must be correct. When the reverse connection is made,
sparks and high currents will occur that may cause damage and may
damage the product and the internal circuit of the vehicle.
This product is not a substitute for long-term use of the vehicle power supply.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
Cautions:
1. Please use the included original charger for charging. Non-standard
chargers will shorten the life of the product and may even be dangerous.
2. Charge the unit before using it for the rst time.
3. After each use, press the battery level detection switch 2 to check the
battery level; charge the battery as soon as it is lower than 50 %, and charge
it immediately when it is lower than 25 %.
Charging procedure:
a. Connect the power cord plug to the charging socket 10 , and then connect
the other power cord to 220 VAC 60 Hz AC;
b. The charging control mode is: automatic cycle charging interval, the
machine can be charged in any position, it is suggested to put the switch 1
in the “OFF” position;
c. The machine automatically charges and dynamically displays the real-time
status in the display 8 , and the “CHA” and the real-time percentage
alternately ash;
d. After charging is completed, “FUL” is displayed, and the charger power
connection can be disconnected;
e. Disconnect AC and collect charging cord.
Note: After the end of charging, if the power connection is not disconnected
in time, the system will display “FUL” to automatically turn off the display
after 10 minutes to reduce power consumption. In the “OFF” state, the user
can wake up the system display by pressing the “TEST” switch.
4. When the long-term product is not in use, it is required to charge it once
every three months.
· Charging steps are the same as above:
· In order to achieve the maximum battery life, it is recommended to keep
the unit fully charged at all times. If the battery is not fully charged for a
long time, the battery capacity and life will be shortened.
12 V OUTLETS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Uncover the cover of the cigarette lighter socket on the front of the unit
7 ; When using a long-term high-power load, put switch 1 in the 12 V
position.

2. Insert the cigarette lighter plug you are using into the cigarette lighter
socket, and insert it to keep it in good contact, turn on the power. There is
no switch control for this cigarette lighter, and the maximum output power
of the cigarette lighter seat is 180 W. When the external environment
is severely overloaded, the protection will be automatically cut off, and
the abnormality will be automatically restored after the abnormality is
eliminated. You can use the attached double-head cigarette lighter line
to charge the product with the 12 V cigarette lighter power supply of the
motor vehicle. This method only temporarily recharges the battery and
cannot guarantee full charge. Please use the normal charging method as
much as possible.
WARNING
When using the cigarette lighter to charge the product, make sure that
the external battery matches the product to avoid overcharging or even
exploding.
STARTING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Check if the battery voltage specication of the started vehicle is 12 V or
24 V, otherwise the battery may explode. When using, please connect the
clamp correctly and reliably, and then rotate the switch of the machine
to the corresponding gear according to the standard battery type. When
using this unit to start, make sure the positive and negative connections
are correct, otherwise the battery may explode.When using the unit to
start, strictly follow the steps below, otherwise it will be dangerous:
1. Put the product high current switch 1 in the “OFF” position, and put the
auxiliary equipment and engine switch in the vehicle on the “OFF” state.
2. Clamp the red (+) clamp to the positive electrode (+) of the battery.
3. Clamp the black (-) clamp to the non-operating metal part of the engine
(negative ground) or to the battery negative.
4. If the positive and negative connections are wrong, the front display 8
displays “Er1” with a continuous alarm sound. In this case, you need to
exchange the positive and negative clamps and connect.

5. If the external voltage is too high (such as 30 V battery), the front display 8
displays “Er2” with a continuous alarm sound. In this case, you need to
switch to a higher voltage output product.
6. If there is no problem with the connection, the front display 8 displays the
“external battery voltage value”. At this time, the voltage value of the
external battery is determined to be the gear position of the external
battery. Generally, the battery is 12 V for 16.0 V or less, and the 24 V battery
for 16.0 V or higher. Then, turn on the high current switch 1 of the unit,
the high current switch is placed in the “ON” position.
7. Start the vehicle, note that the start duration must not exceed 5 seconds.
8. If the engine does not start successfully, please wait at least 3 minutes and
try again.
9. After the engine starts successfully, turn off the high current switch 1 of
the unit, turn the high current switch to the “OFF” position.
10. First disconnect the black clamp (-) and put it back into the unit.
11. Disconnect the red clamp (+) and put it back into the unit.
12. Charge the unit as soon as possible.
Note: When the clamp is connected to an external battery that is too
low, the system will not recognize it properly. When the system cannot
be recognized properly, the user needs to judge the internal and external
voltage position and polarity by himself, so that it is completely correct and
then use it carefully.
USB PORT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Press the “USB/LAMP” reset switch on the panel 3 (Continuous pressing
time ≤ 3 seconds).
2. USB port 6 Automatic output 5 VDC 2.4 A (Max). At the same time, the
corresponding power work light 5 is on.
3. Connect a standard USB cable to the unit and connect to the device to be
charged to supply power.
4. After use, unplug the USB cable and press the “USB/LAMP” switch to
turn it off.
5. It is automatically turned off after continuous use for more than 8 hours.

INSTRUCTIONS: LED WORK LIGHT
1. Press the “USB/LAMP” reset switch on the panel 3 (Continuous
pressing time > 3 seconds).
2. The light works and enters the strong light mode. Press the switch again to
enter the soft light mode, press the switch again to enter the ash mode,
press the switch again to enter the slow ash mode, press the switch
again to enter the SOS mode, and then press the switch again to close the
switch.
3. After working continuously for more than 5 seconds in any working mode,
you can also turn off the switch by pressing the switch.
REPAIR - BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The battery can be used for 3-7 years under good maintenance conditions.
Replacement steps:
1. Unscrew and remove the fastening screw of the bottom rubber pad, and
then unscrew the rear case fastening screw.
2. Separate the rear case and you can see the battery compartment.
3. Remove the battery from the battery compartment.
4. Disconnect the wire from the battery poles.
5. Replace the battery and put a new battery in the same direction.
6. Connect the starter wire and other wires to the battery terminals. Make
sure the red start wire and other red wires are connected to the positive
(+) side of the battery (the positive is also red), and the black start wire and
other black wires are connected to the negative (-) of the battery.
7. Put new battery in battery compartment.
8. Reposition the back cover and fasten it with screws, then install the rubber
pad and fasten it with bolts.
9. Old batteries are recycled and disposed of according to the regulations of
the authorities.
10. After the assembly is nished, open the panel switch and check that all
functions are intact and you can complete.
Note: Install the battery, the polarity can not be reversed, and the direction
of the battery connection terminal should be correct to avoid affecting the
cover.

Warning: Do not place the battery in a re or heat, which could cause an
explosion. Exposed batteries should be insulated from the terminals to
prevent accidental short-circuits from causing an explosion or re.

CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PRODUCTO
· Fuente de alimentación de arranque de emergencia de 12 V para vehículos,
embarcaciones y otras herramientas móviles, sin necesidad de asistencia
de otro vehículo o alimentación CA. Normalmente, 12 V pueden arrancar
vehículos de gasolina por debajo de 12 L y vehículos diésel por debajo de 10
L. Capaz de arrancar vehículos de ingeniería de 24 V, vehículos todoterreno,
camiones, autobuses y vehículos blindados.
· La salida de 12 o 24 V puede cambiarse en el interruptor del panel.

ADVERTENCIA
· Al arrancar el vehículo con este producto, es necesario usar una cubierta
protectora para los ojos. Si la puesta en marcha no se realiza correctamente,
existe peligro. Si el ácido de la batería le salpica, enjuague el área salpicada
con agua limpia, especialmente si se trata de partes vulnerables del cuerpo,
y solicite asistencia médica.
· Cuando la batería se encuentre en funcionamiento erróneo, cortocircuito
continuo o corriente de descarga alta, se calentará gradualmente, lo
