products. Use the product only as described in this manual. Keep this manual in case you need it for future reference.

We recommend keeping the original packaging of the product, invoice and warranty certificate at least for the time the warranty is valid.
When shipping the product, we recommend using the original packaging that the product was delivered in that will provide the best
protection for it from being damaged during transport.

Use the cable included in the packaging with the External Enclosure Case.
Do not submerge the External Enclosure Case into water or any other liquids.
Handle the External Enclosure Case with caution. Shocks, vibrations or fall from a low height can cause damage to the External
Enclosure Case or the inserted drive.
Do not interfere with the electronics or the construction of the External Enclosure Case and do not make any modification. Risk of
injury!
Keep away from children.

6Storage and maintenance
Store the External Enclosure Case with inserted HDD/SSD in dry environment.
The External Enclosure Case on its own without inserted drive can be stored in an environment (non-condensing) with humidity from
5% up to 90%.
7FAQ
Q: After plugging in the USB cable the drive didn’t start to spin, why?
A: This might occur when the drive isn’t properly connected or then it is not sufficiently powered. Use different USB port, differentcable
(ideally a Y split cable with additional USP connectorfor power).
Q: Installation of the drive was canceled with warning that the device was not recognized.
A: Unplug the drive from the USB port on your computer and try to plug it in again. Ifthat doesn’t work, try steps from the previous
answer.
Q: I have a different issue with this product that is not answered here.
A: Please contact your retailer or the support of CONNECT IT brand on contacts listed on a last page.
