Know your Glance Core
General
Glance Core Front view:

Wrist placement
For the most accurate data tracking results, Glance should be worn on your wrist
rather than carried in a pocket or a bag.
For all-day wear, adjust the wristband so it feels comfortable on your wrist, as if it
was a wristwatch.
Allergy
Some people may experience a skin irritation or allergy from long term wearing a
device. If you start to experience redness or skin irritation on your wrist, give your
wrist a rest and remove your device. If symptoms persist longer than 2-3 days of not
using your device, contact a dermatologist.
In the wet
Glance is not waterproof. Do not swim or shower while wearing Glance. If your
Glance gets wet, please dry it thoroughly before putting it back on.

Set up your Glance
Download App
Glance is compatible with iOS and Android devices (For phone/tablet requirement,
please refer to P.28 specifications of this manual). Depending on your device,
download the Glance App from Apple App Store or Google Play.
Download Glance App by scanning the appropriate QR code:

Activate Glance Core
To activate Glance for the first time, press and hold
the button.
Don’t worry if the time display is incorrect, it will synchronize after
pairing with the Glace App.
Log in/Create account
After installing the App, log into your Glance account if you have one.
Otherwise, press “Sign up” to create an account. Personal data such as height and
weight are required in order to determine your calorie expenditure more accurately.

Pair your Glance
The first time you use the App, it will prompt you to press the button in order to pair
up the Glance Core.
If you connect your Glance Core successfully, your Glance core would vibrate and
following screens would appear:

Sync Your Glance
In order to transfer data and settings between Glance Core and your phone, Glance
Core must be synced with the Glance App.
To sync your Glance, pull down the dashboard and release:
While syncing is taking place, you will see a loading circle turning in the top right-
hand corner of the screen:
Please wait for syncing to finish before exiting the app.

Put on your Glance
Insert Glance into the wristband
-Hold the wristband with the larger hole to the top and Glance Core with the
display-side down.
-Insert the bottom end of Glance into the hole in the wristband.
-Push Glance into the hole until it fits securely in place.
If you do it correctly, you should see the display-side from the front of the wristband.
