BPM-4
The Ball Polishing Machine is specially designed to quickly and carefully clean and polish
billiard balls to ensure that there are always clean billiard balls available during competition.
With the use of a revolving disc, that creates pressure from above, changeable polishing discs
(foam) it is possible to polish Cannon, Snooker and Pool balls.
Eight balls can be polished at any one time. A circular plastic partition, covered with felt, ensures
that the balls don't come into contact with each other, and in so doing also ensures that they won't
become dirty during the polish cycle.
The machine is equipped with an electronic timer that automatically turns it off after five minutes.
The polishing discs are also washable and can be easily changed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

3.
4.
5.
6.
Place the machine on a flat surface and then check the mains power to ensure that
this is the same as specified for safe operation.
Ensure that the polishing disc and the polishing strips are mounted correctly.
Select a billiard ball and cover this with polish, ensuring that the polish is evenly
spread over the whole ball, and place it NEXT to the machine until it is almost dry.
DO NOT put polish directly into the machine! This is in order to assure that the
machine doesn't become clogged and therefore reduce the efficiency.
When the ball is almost dry, place it into the machine and turn the machine on. The
combination of the polish, revolving disc and the unique revolving separation disc will
ensure that the balls will be continually revolving and therefore will be evenly polished.
After about 5 minutes, the machine will turn itself off and you can remove the polished
balls.
If the balls are not to your satisfaction, you can repeat the whole process once again.

machine yourself, as this will annul the guarantee. Contact your supplier.

REPLACING/CLEANING POLISHING DISC/FELT
To replace and clean the polishing disc and polishing felt, proceed as follows:
Remove the revolving disc from the machine by lifting it vertically. Remove the polishing ring
