installing the unit, please rea this manual thoroughly, an following the instructions

During han ling or transport, it shoul be han le an transporte with care. Please Pay
attention to the below icons on the package. After power on please make sure there is
no abnormal acoustic noise.

Before installing heater, rea these instructions carefully. Failure to follow these
instructions coul amage the pro uct or cause a hazar ous con ition. 2. Check the
ratings on the heater label to assure the pro uct is suitable for your application.

Warning:
To avoi electric shock an equipment amage, isconnect any power supplies to the
enclosure before installing the electric heater. Do not power on any circuits before all
internal an external electrical an mechanical clearances are checke to assure that all
assemble equipment functions safely an properly.
1. Installation work an electrical wiring shoul be one only by qualifie personnel
in accor ance with all applicable co es, stan ar s an national wiring
regulations.
2. Use this unit only in the manner inten e by the manufacturer. If there is any
question, please contact the manufacturer.

3. Install the heater in accor ance with the instructions in this installation manual.
Improper installation may result in amage, electric shock or fire.
4. Make sure that all wiring is secure , that specifie wires are use , an there is
no strain on the terminal connections or wires.
5. Before serving or cleaning unit, switch power off an isconnect power supply.
6. When cutting or rilling into wall or ceiling, o not amage electrical wiring or
hi en utilities.
7. Be sure to use only the specifie accessories an parts to complete installation.
8. Protective groun ing connection: The enclosure must be groun e at the
protective groun terminal. Use recommen e wire an use spring washer to
avoi loosening.
9. To re uce the risk of electrical shock: Means for isconnection must be
incorporate in the fixe wiring in accor ance with the wiring rules.

Caution:
Do not use these electric heaters in usty, irty, corrosive, or hazar ous locations.

other components from this heat. Always allow the heater to cool before touching it.
Thermal sensitive evices or materials may nee to be locate further from the heater
than the minimum recommen e istance. Heaters must not be installe on woo or
other combustible surfaces. This heater must only be installe in a totally enclose
enclosure.

2. Do not block the air inlets or exits.
3. Do not install heater at any place where there is a anger or flammable gas
leakage.
4. To avoi injury, o not touch exhaust air or surface uring operating or just turn

1-3. Dimension
1. Heaters shoul be installe at center an low position in the enclosure for optimum
heat istribution.
2. Heater can not be installe on woo or other combustible surfaces.
3. The heater shoul be mounte in a vertical position with the terminal connect at
the bottom an the air outlet at the top as shown.
4. The recommen e clearances shown by the sha owe area in icates the space
that shoul be kept free for optimum operation of the heater an safe of components in
the enclosure components must not be place closely the heater ischarge area.
Please refer Temperature rise chart, the recommen e istance is 200mm as usual.

1-4. Thermal and Airflow
Airflow circulation is shown in below iagram. An internal temperature sensor has been
place in the return air for safe operation.
Cool air flows into the heater, an warme up by PTC heating element insi e of case,
then supplie to the system.
* Minimum gap for both of cool air inlet and warm air exhaust is required to avoid short circulation
