1General instructions
The instructions in this user manual must be carefully followed and adhered to. All those involved in
the operation, maintenance and repair of the product must have read and understood this user
manual.
We reserve the right to make technical changes to the illustrations and details in the user manual in
order to improve the product.
NOTE
The DENSORB Caddy* is supplied ready for use and fully assembled.
The national guidelines and safety regulations with respect to safety guidelines
and works safety must be observed.
*The dispensing trolley is of the same construction as the DENSORB Caddy and so will not be
expressly referred to in the remainder of this manual.
1.1 Intended use of the equipment
The DENSORB Caddy is used for storing and transporting DENSORB materials, absorbents,
cloths and rolls.
Use only on surfaces which are sufficiently strong.
Ensure the DENSORB Caddy is only parked on even, sufficiently strong surfaces.
NOTE
Temperature range for use -20°C to +40°C.
Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods.
1.2 Misuse
The following are considered as misuse:
Carrying people in the DENSORB Caddy.
Improper use of the equipment.
Exceeding the transport volume or carrying capacity.
Parking the DENSORB Caddy on inclined surfaces or surfaces which cannot support the
weight.

1.3 Claims for defects and liability
We are not liable for claims for defects, damage or injury to persons or property caused by one or
more of the following:
Improper use of the equipment
Unapproved modifications.
Incorrect maintenance or repair.
2Safety instructions
WARNING
Observe the applicable rules for health and safety at work.
Do not stop under a suspended load during delivery / transport.
Carrying people in the DENSORB Caddy is not permitted.
The maximum carrying capacity given must not be exceeded.
Only use the DENSORB Caddy and park it on surfaces which are sufficiently
strong.
When parking the DENSORB Caddy, ensure it is stable and secure.
After moving the trolley open the door carefully in case Densorb materials eg
absorbents fall out.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing on rotating/moving parts!
When closing the door there is a risk of crushing between the door and the
body of the Densorb Caddy.

3Technical data
The DENSORB Caddy consists of a plastic container, a hinged plastic cover and has solid rubber
tyres on galvanised rims and a galvanised steel axle.

3.2 Dimensional sketch
As the shelves are chamfered at the front, the height of the compartments in between is reduced by 17
mm.

4Operation
4.1 Safety instructions
WARNING
Note safety regulations!
The safety instructions in section 2 "Safety instructions“ must be observed.
4.2 Using the DENSORB Caddy
Grip the DENSORB Caddy handle and move it to the intended place of use.
Ensure the DENSORB Caddy is safely set down at the intended place of use.
Open the door.
Remove the DENSORB materials.
Close the door.
If necessary restock the DENSORB Caddy with DENSORB materials.
NOTE
Do not overfill the DENSORB Caddy.
5Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance and care will extend the life of the DENSORB Caddy.
NOTE
Check the DENSORB Caddy for damage at regular intervals. Especially these
components:
-Container
-Wheels
-Axles
If damage is noted which affects the safe use of the product, the DENSORB
Caddy must be removed from service immediately.

6Disposal
NOTE
Clean the DENSORB Caddy thoroughly before disposal to remove any hazardous
material residue!
The DENSORB Caddy is made from plastic and metal parts and is fully recyclable. After
decommissioning, follow local legislation when disposing of any waste.
