the warranty for DICE+ (also named as “the product” or “the
device”).

IMPORTANT SAFETY AND HANDLING INFORMATION.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD.
Small parts. Not for children under 3
years
Do not disassemble DICE+. To reduce the risk of damage
or injury do not attempt to disassemble DICE+.
No user-serviceable parts are contained inside.
Seizures, Blackouts, and Eyestrain. A small percentage
of people may be susceptible to blackouts or seizures (even
if they have never had one before) when exposed to flashing
lights or light patterns such as when playing games or
watching video. If you have experienced seizures or blackouts
or have a family history of such occurrences, you should
consult a physician before playing games or watching videos.
Discontinue use of DICE+ and consult a physician if you
experience headaches, blackouts, seizures, convulsions, eye
or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, involuntary movement,
or disorientation. To reduce the risk of headaches, blackouts,
seizures, and eyestrain, avoid prolonged use, hold your smart

device compatible with DICE+ at a certain distance from your
eyes, use DICE+ in a well lit room, and take frequent breaks.
Choking Hazards. DICE+ contains small parts, which may
present a choking hazard to small children. Keep DICE+ away
from small children.
Repetitive injury. When you perform repetitive activities such
as playing games on digital devices using your digital board
games controller, you may experience occasional discomfort in
your hands, arms, shoulders, neck, or other parts of your body.
Avoid excessive play. It is recommended that parents monitor
their children for appropriate play. Take frequent breaks and if
you have discomfort during or after such use, stop use and
see a physician.
Never: abuse, kick, hit, chew, swallow, crush, dip in water or
drop DICE+ with excessive force.
Cleaning. Clean DICE+ only by wiping it with a moist cloth.
Keep DICE+ within acceptable temperatures. Operate and
store DICE+ in a place where the temperature is between
0 and 50 degrees Celsius (32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit).

Never expose it to extreme environmental conditions.
Magnetic field. Keep the device away from magnetic fields -
they may cause permanent damage.
Potentially Explosive Environment. Don’t use DICE+ when
in any area with a potentially explosive environment. In such
situations, do not charge DICE+ and obey all signs and
instructions. Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion
or fire, resulting in serious injury or even death.
Areas with a potentially explosive environment are often, but
not always, marked clearly. Potential areas may include: fueling
areas (such as gas stations); areas below deck on boats; fuel
or chemical transfer or storage facilities; vehicles using
liquefied petroleum gas (such as propane or butane); areas
where the air contains chemicals or particles (such as grain,
dust, or metal powders); and any other area where you would
normally be advised to turn off your vehicle engine.
Charging DICE+. To charge DICE+, only use the micro USB
cable enclosed to DICE+. Do not connect or disconnect the
micro USB cable with wet hands. Disconnect the micro USB
cable if it has become frayed or damage or if DICE+

is exposed to rain, liquid or excessive moisture while charging,
Game Technologies S.A. is not responsible for the operation
of third-party accessories or their compliance with safety and
regulatory standards.
BATTERY WARNING
Lithium Polymer batteries are extremely hazardous and liable
to cause serious injuries to persons or property. The user
accepts liability for use of a Lithium Polymer battery. As the
manufacturer and the distributor cannot ensure the battery is
used correctly (charging, discharging, storage, etc.), they
cannot be held liable for damages caused to persons or
property.
In the event of battery leakage, avoid having the liquid coming
into contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin,
wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with
eyes, rinse copiously with cold water and consult a doctor.

If you notice a suspicious smell or noise or observe smoke
around the charger, disconnect it immediately. To avoid battery
leakage: Do not expose the battery to excessive physical
shock, vibration, or liquids. Do not disassemble, attempt to
repair or deform the battery. Do not dispose of the battery pack
in a fire. Do not touch the terminals of the battery, or cause
a short between the terminals with a metal object. Do not peel
or damage the battery label.
Battery disposal. Discarding DICE+ and its batteries in your
general household waste can be harmful to the environment.
Damaged or unusable batteries must be disposed of in a
container specially reserved for this purpose. When disposing
of the battery, follow appropriate local guidelines and regu-
lations. For further information contact your local solid waste
authority.
Never disassemble a battery. Should a battery unintentionally
be crushed, thus releasing its contents, rubber gloves must be
used to handle all battery components. Avoid inhalation of any
vapors that may be emitted.

entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District
Court for Poznan – Nowe Miasto i Wilda, VIII Business
Department of the National Court Register under the number

This Limited Warranty offered by Game Technologies S.A.
covers defects in material or workmanship in the DICE+
product.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is
non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing DICE+ from
authorized Game Technologies S.A. retailers or resellers or

through the www.dicepl.us website may obtain coverage under
our limited warranties.Game Technologies S.A. warrants this
product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Game Technologies S.A. will repair or replace the product,
at our option. Repair or replacement will be at no charge
if the product was defective because of improper workmanship
and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and
maintenance.
The warranty period is 1 year from the documented date
of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from
defects in material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal
wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance,
misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related
products not manufactured by Game Technologies S.A.
