Egg capacity: 7 Eggs

Using the EB35
Caution: Do not operate the appliance without water in the boiling pan.
Danger: Handle the egg piercer with care, it is extremely sharp.
• Place the egg boiler on a at, even, and heat-
resistant surface.
• Use the egg piercer to pierce a hole in the
round end of the egg. This prevents the egg
shells from cracking.
• Place the eggs in the egg rack with the
pierced side facing up.
• Fill the beaker up to the top with cold water,
then pour the water into the boiling pan.
• The beaker must be lled up to the MIN-mark
at least, otherwise the boiling process will be
stopped too early or the eggs will not be as
intended.
If the eggs are not dipped in cold water, they will continue to
cook and become difcult to peel. If you use the egg boiler
several times in succession, allow it to cool for approximately
5 minutes between each batch of eggs you boil.
After Use
After the egg boiler has cooled, tip out the residual water and wipe the boiling
pan with a soft damp cloth to prevent scale deposits.

turn the appliance back on again.
• As soon as the signal sounds, turn off the appliance.
• The hard boiled eggs will be done.

Boiling Instructions
The boiling time depends on the quantity and size of the eggs you
use. Small eggs are ready sooner than large eggs. The more eggs
you put in, the longer you must allow them to boil.
Soft-boiling 1 small egg:
- Set the control to the start of the boiling range.
Soft-boiling 1 large egg:
- Set the control to the middle boiling position.
Soft-boiling 7 small eggs:
- Set the control to middle boiling position.
Soft-boiling 7 large eggs:
- Set the control to the end of the boiling range.
Information about the correct boiling temperature:
A small setting deviation does not alter the result much. Sometimes you may
not always get the perfect results, as you can get eggs in a variety of forms,
therefore you may have to toggle the settings every now and again to get the
perfect setting. Very soon you will have found the right setting to suit your
preferred taste.
Boiling eggs:

may spill. The appliance heats up during use. Take extra care when handling
