Help & Guidance
1. As the nozzle of this juicer is large in diameter, the user may use whole
fruits such as apples or pears in their entirety for quick and easy juicing,
without having cut the fruit beforehand.
2. This structural complex of this juicer has been designed for simplicity,
allowing the user to operate the machine with ease.
3. A high speed electric motor with overheating protection is installed for high
efciency, time saving, and energy saving, prolonging the machines lifespan.
4. A safety lock is installed for added protection when the user is operating
this machine.
1. This machine is equipped with a safety lock. Therefore when the
handle does not fasten the cover, the motor cannot turn. This feature
was installed for safety of the user.
2. When disassembling the juicing sieve, rst remove the cover and waste
barrel and then you may be able to pull out the juicing sieve from the rotor.
3. In order to avoid damage, please check power supply for compliance with
rated voltage.
4. Please empty juicing sieve frequently when juicing, to avoid leakage.

8
Juicing
1. Please make sure the juicer is fully assembled correctly, in order to avoid
damage to both the machine and user.
2. Before juicing, make sure the juicing sieve and rotor is clutched in position
and nothing is blocking the juicing sieve and transparent cover. Put the
transparent cover on, push the locking handle into the cover slot and then turn
on the machine.
3. Turn on power supply and switch the machine on to let it run unloaded for 5
seconds. Place prepared vegetables or fruits into feed port of the juicer, press
down evenly and slowly with the pushing bar.
4. Please press down gently in order to attain maximum juice. Too much
pressure will result in less juice due to the fruit/veg being harshly forced
through the sieve.
Food Preparation
1. The best result will be obtained if you juice really fresh produce, as foods
which have been stored for any period of time will contain less juice.
As a general guidline, you do not need to peel any fruit or vegetables which
have skin you would normally eat. However, we do recommend washing
all food before it is juiced, as the majority of commercially grown fruits and
vegetables are sprayed with fertilzers and insecticides that could alter the
taste of your juice.
2. Certied organic vegetables are guaranteed not to contain chemical residue
but should still be washed.
3. Always trim off any blemishes.
4. Scrub carrots and other root vegetables with a brush to remove any dirt.
5. Remove the skin from thick skinned fruit such as melon and pineapple.
6. Remove stones from cherries, peaches, nectarines and avocados etc.
7. Leafy herbs and vegetables should be rolled tightly when juiced.

Operating Time
Health & Safety
There are 2settings for this juicer. For soft fruits , you may use soft grading
(I) while hard fruits will require strong grading (II). In order to prolong the life
of this machine, please allow a cooldown time of 5 minutes after every 10
minutes ofjuicing.
1. This machine is not suitable for children without the supervision of a
responsible adult.
2. For safety purposes, please operate this machine on a at and stable
surface.
3. The juicer may emit a slight burning odour. This is a natural phenomenon
as this product consists of a brand new and unused motor. The odour will
dissapppear after the rst couple of uses.
4. Please make sure to empty the juicer waste barrel once full to prevent
overowing.
5. It is imperative one does not put their hand or anything other than fruit or
vegetable into the juicer as this may damage the unit and void the warranty
due to misuse.
6. In order to prolong the lifespan of this machine, a heat sensing protective
device is built into the motor. If the motor is running
for over 10 minutes, there is a risk of overheating. Therefore the power will
automatically cut off. After the motor stops, pull the plug from power supply,
wait for the motor to cool (about 15 min) before using again.
7. Please do not leave the machine operating without
supervision.
8. The sieve is very sharp, in order to avoid injury when cleaning, please put
the sieve under running water and do not wash it with hands.
9. If the power supply or cord is damaged, the manufacturer must be
contacted immediately for a replacement. You can contact Duronic via email
at: sales@duronic.co.uk

10
1. If the machine is frequently used, please make sure the unit is kept clean
and dry.
2. If you are not using the juicer for a long time, please store this machine in a
cool and well ventilated place so it prevents the motor from
becoming corroded.
3. This machine is not dishwasher safe, therefore please clean using only
water, washing-up liquid and cloth.
Which speed should I use when juicing?
For small soft fruit, use the rst speed setting. For harder fruit use the second
setting. Using the second setting for soft fruit will not extract all of the juice.
Do you need to peel the fruit before juicing?
Any fruit of which you would normally eat the peel does not require peeling.
Fruit with a skin that you would not normally eat, such as bananas, pineapple
and oranges will require peeling before being placed into the juicer.
Can I use the juicer to juice nuts and seeds?
No. Placing nuts and seeds into the juicer may damage the device.
