The details of charging power and adapter output requirements are as below:

1. If choose an adapter with the output lower than 5V/2A, it may cause slow charging
or even unable to charge.
2. The actual charging power depends on the wireless charging power supported by the
smart phone you are using, the smart phone will automatically choose the power itself.
If the device is not placed in the center of
the wireless charging pad, it will cause slow
charging or unable to charge.

You cannot charge your device wirelessly in these reasons:
Using a case with a magnetic/iron plate;
Using a case with a pop socket;
Using an ultra-thick(>6mm) protective phone case.
Note:
Input over current/over voltage/under voltage, over temperature and metal foreign objects on the
pad will make the charging error.
Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the wireless charger’s
surface, including metal pads on a car mount, credit cards, door keys, coins, metal,
or NFC cards, which will make wireless charging fail or cause overheating.
Wireless charger make charging more convenient than wired chargers, but confined
by current wireless technology, their charging speed is slower than that of wired
chargers.
High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is a
phenomenon common to all wireless chargers. It is recommended that you charge
your device in environments with temperatures below 25℃/77℉.
Both the protective phone case and the position of your device on the wireless charger
will affect the charging speed. The farther(further) it is placed from the center of
the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed will be.

The maximum ambient temperature during use of this product must not exceed 104°F.

ステップ1：充電するデバイスが「Qi」規格準拠品か確認してください。
ステップ2：USB出力のACアダプター（別売り）をワイヤレス充電器に接続
します。※5V/2A以上の出力のACアダプターを使用してください。
ご注意:
Quick Charge2.0またはQuick Charge3.0に対応したアダプターに接続することで、
最大15Wの急速ワイヤレス充電で使用することができます。
送電電力とアダプターの出力に関する必要条件の詳細は下記の通りです。

下記の状況では正常に充電できない場合があります。
充電デバイスが金属製のケースや磁気を帯びたものなどで覆われている場合。
充電デバイスにグリップ付きのケースが装着されている場合。
充電デバイスに厚いケース（>6mm）が装着されている場合。
ご注意:
過電流/過電圧/不足電圧、過熱、および本製品と充電するデバイスとの間に挟まった金属
製の異物などにより、充電エラーが発生します。
本製品と充電デバイスの間に、車載ホルダー用の金属パッド、クレジット
カード、鍵、硬貨、金属やNFCカードを含むがこれらに限定されない異物
を置かないでください。正常に充電できなかったり、発火や機器の破損に
つながる恐れがあります。
ワイヤレス充電は有線充電より充電方法が便利ですが、現時点でのワイヤレ
ス給電技術には多くの制限があるため、充電速度が有線充電器より遅いです。
充電中は、本製品と充電機器が温かくなりますが、異常ではありません。
充電中に高温になった場合は、充電機器側の保護機能により充電速度が下
がったり、充電が停止したりすることがあります。これはすべてのワイヤ
レス充電器に共通する現象です。その場合は充電デバイスの温度が25℃以
下に下がってから、再度充電を行ってください。

水やその他の液体に入れたり、濡らしたりしないでください。発熱や発火の
原因になります。
最も安全で最速の充電を行うには、付属のケーブルまたは認証ずみのケーブ
ル以外は使用しないでください。
0℃~40℃以外の場所で使用しないでください。発熱や破裂、発火の原因に
なります。
火の中に入れたり、火を近づけたり、加熱、高温での充電使用・放電をしな
いでください。発熱や破裂、発火の原因になります。
お手入れのしかた：乾かいた布/ブラシで清潔してください。
保護ケースと充電するデバイスの本体に置く位置も充電速度に影響します。
ワイヤレス充電器の中心から離れるほど、充電速度は遅くなります。
保証期間：お買い上げ日より18ヶ月間
