2. Thisheaterishotwheninuse.Toavoidburns,donotletbareskin
touchhotsurfaces.Thetrimaroundtheheateroutletbecomeshot
duringheateroperation.Keepcombustiblematerials,suchas
furniture,pillows,bedding,papers,clothes,andcurtainsatleast3
feet(0.9m)fromthefrontoftheheaterandkeepthemawayfromthe
sidesandrear.
3. Extremecautionisnecessarywhenanyheaterisusedbyornear
childrenorinvalidsandwhenevertheunitisleftoperatingand
unattended.
4. Alwaysunplugtheheaterwhennotinuse.
5. Donotoperateanyheaterwithadamagedcordorplug,orifthe
heaterhasmalfunctioned,orifithasbeendroppedordamagedin
anymanner.Returnheatertoauthorizedservicefacilityfor

A. MAIN ON/OFF SWITCH
TheswitchhastwoONpositionsmarkedwithand“Manual”.
The“Manual“positionisformanualoperation.Inthispositionthe
built-inremotecontrolisby-passed.
Thepositionisforoperatingtheunitwiththeprovidedremote
control.
WheninpositiontheunitisoperatedwiththeONandOFF
buttonsoftheremotecontrol.Whentheswitchisinthecenter
positiontheunitisoff.
B. HEATER ON SWITCH
TheHEATON/OFFSWITCHsuppliespowertotheheaterfanand
theheaterelement.WhentheswitchisintheONpositiontheheater
operatesifthethermostatcallsforheat.
C. HEATER THERMOSTAT CONTROL
Toadjustthetemperaturetoyourindividualrequirements,turnthe
thermostatcontrolclockwiseallthewaytoturnontheheater.When
theroomreachesthedesiredtemperature,turnthethermostatknob
counterclockwiseuntilyouhearaclick.Leaveinthispositionto
maintaintheroomtemperatureatthissetting.Foradditionalheat,
turnclockwiseuntilyouheartheclickagainandtheheaterwillturn
on.
RESETTING THE TEMPERATURE CUTOFF SWITCH
Shouldtheheateroverheat,anautomaticcutoutwillturntheheater
offanditwillnotcomebackonwithoutbeingreset.Itcanberesetby
switchingtheMAINON/OFFSWITCHtoOFFandwaiting5minutes
beforeswitchingtheunitbackon.
CAUTION
Ifyouneedtocontinuouslyresettheheater,unplugtheunitandcall
technicalsupportat1-888-346-7539.
NOTE
Theheatermayemitaslight,harmlessodorwhenrstused.Thisodor
