Disconnect spinner hydraulics

1. Disconnect hydraulic hoses from spinner.
- Keep hose with crimped fitting.
- Remaining fittings not required.
2. Install S74-0809 fitting and R81-08F (female quick coupling) provided.
Remove existing chaff spinner
Remove hydraulic hose p-clamps

Remove 4x bolts, and remove the mounting
bracket (2x bolts to be reused later)
