Warranty
WARRANTYTERMS&CONDITIONS:
If,andonlyif,theProductisinstalledasperESCEA'sinstallationmanualandthe
stepbystepwarrantyprocedurehasbeenfollowedasperinstructionsissuedby
ESCEA,(documentedintheagentmanual),andthattheproductisoperated
andmaintainedinaccordancewithESCEAoperatingandmaintenance
instructions,thenforthefirstperiodof12monthsfromthedateofpurchase
ESCEAwillpaythecostofrepairingorreplacinganypartoftheProductthatis
deemedbyESCEAtobefaulty.
Forthesecondperiodof12monthsfromthedateofpurchaseESCEAwillsupply
replacementpartsonly,withoutcharge.
PartsandLabourforthefirst12months:
a)ESCEAatitsdiscretionmaymodify,adjust,repairorreplacethefaultyproducts.
Thewarrantyperiodonpartsandlabourshallbefor12monthsfromthe

b)LabourcostswillonlybereimbursedwhenESCEAspecifiedprocedurehas
beenfollowed,andESCEAhasauthorisedserviceworkbeforeitwascarriedout.
Partsforthesecond12monthsONLY:
a)ESCEAatitsdiscretionwillprovidereplacementpartstotheretailerorservice
agent.FaultypartsMUSTbereturnedtoESCEA.The“partsonly”warrantyperiod
shallbefor12monthsandwillcommence12monthsafterthe
GeneralTerms:
1.Allrepairsmadewithinthewarrantyperiodshallbecoveredby
warrantyforaperiodof3monthsfromthedateofcompletionofthe
repair,orfortheremainderoftheoverallproductwarranty,whichever
isthelonger.
2.Ifthebuyer,oranyotherparty,modifiesanypartoftheProductwithin
thewarrantyperiodwithoutthewrittenconsentofESCEAthenthewarranty
shallbevoid.ESCEAmay,attheirsolediscretion,decidethatthewarranty
isvoidinrelationtoanypartoftheproduct,whichhasbeenmodified.
3.ESCEAmustbenotifiedofallwarrantyclaimsassoonaspossible,butin
anyeventnotlaterthan2weeksofbecomingawareofthecircumstance
givingrisetotheclaims.
4.ESCEA'sliabilityinthiswarrantyislimitedtotherepairandreplacement
offaultypartsorworkmanshipbyESCEA.Nootherresultantdirector
indirectcostsorexpensescanbeclaimed.
