This guide describes the steps of physical installation as well as the software installation of camera DS550.
Prerequisite: installation and set up of the slit lamp has already been performed.
1. Accessories provided
The following accessories are delivered with the system:
A USB key
A DS550 power supply cable
A DS550/PC connector cable

1.Equipment installation
This section describes the system equipment installation stages.
Install the digital camera
1Remove the ocular block by unscrewing the screw from the upper part of the slit lamp.
2Using the screw located above microscope of the slit lamp, press then screw on the DS550 digital camera.
3In the same way, reposition the ocular block.

> The system is assembled.
Plug in the digital camera
1Plug the elbow end of the power supply cable for the DS550 camera on the port of the slit lamp designed
for this purpose.

2Then, plug the other end ofthe power supply cable into the supply port on the DS550 located under
the
product.
> The system is plugged in.

Connect the digital camera to the PC
1Plug the elbow end of the DS550camera connector cable into the camera port designed for this purpose.
2Then, plug the other end of the connector cable into the 3.0 USB port for the PC.
> The system is connected.
