3. Assembling the Scooter
1) Fix the steering rod and open the parking bridge.
2) Set the handlebars so they are perpendicular to the scooter deck.
3) Make sure that wires from the handlebar and the stem are properly
connected with a white connector.
4) Using a hex wrench, as found in the tool kit provided with your scooter,
tighten the screws on the handlebar.
5) Test the power. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on
the scooter. The battery should be fully charged and you should see the
control panel light up. You can use the power button to turn the device on/off.
Press the power button twice in a row to switch between normal mode and
power saving mode.
