SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these safety instructions before operating the machine
Read the operation and maintenance manual and all safety instructions on machines
carefully.
Wear glasses and gloves before operating machines, don’t wear loose clothes.
Don’t put belt or rope on any part of your body.
Heater plate reaches about 380℃, don’t touch it!!
Don’t change parts freeform.
Cut off the power supply while machine is stopping or getting maintenance.
Don’t wash the machine with water.
Don’t touch any swiveling part of machine.
Don’t put your hand into arch area when machine is working.
Don’t touch motor when power is not cut off so as to avoid electric shock.
Don’t put your hand on heater arm or fan when machine is working.
Please follow the manual to use machine, or we will not be in charge of any results that
caused by it.

Chapter 1 Explanation and Specification
Explanation
This machine is a strapping machine that automatically applies a strap to an object.
The following accessories are attached to the machine.
Operation Manual 1 set: Manual for safe and proper operation, including (This
Manual)
Tool 1 set: To be used for simple maintenance, cleaning, etc.
Warning: Do not use the attached tools, for modifying the machine.
Warning: Do not attempt maintenance or repair of the machine until power source has
been disconnected and locked out.

Power Switch
The machine gets on by revolve the switch clockwise

Chapter 4 Preparation for Operation
4-1 Connecting Electric Power
[Procedures]
Step [1] Revolve the power switch to turn the power OFF
Stet [2] Insert the plug in the outlet.
Warning: If the earth grounding wire is not connected, an operator may get
hurt due to electric shock
Step [3] Turn the power on by revolve the power switch anti-clockwise.
The power lamp starts
blinking. In approx. 20 seconds.]
The power lamp becomes glowing which shows the heater has reached the
Temperature for strap welding

The machine cannot start, while the power lamp is blinking.
The machine may not operate when the power voltage≤90% standard voltage

4-2 Setting Strap Coil
Caution:
[Notes]
To place the empty strap core under the reel place (left) make this job easier.
If the coil setting direction is wrong, the reel brake does not work well, and a
Normal operation is not possible due to loose strap

Step [1]
Remove the thrust nut by turning it clockwise
And remove the reel plate (left).
Remove the empty strap core.
Step [2 ]
Fit a new strap coil in the reel plate
(right). At this time, set the coil in such
a way that the strap winding direction is
clockwise
If the coil is set counterclockwise,
Re-set it, because the reel brake
does not work well at that way
Step [3]
Fit the reel plate (left) in the reel
Shaft key with the reel plate’s

Finally, tighten the thrust nut strongly

4-3 Thread of strap
[Procedures]
Step [1]
Place the reel onto the rail and push in the
Reel, until the reel shaft falls into the reel slot.
Caution:
When putting the reel onto the rail,
Set it in such a way that the strap
End comes out up the reel.
Step [2]
Please install the P.P. strap through the brake roller (1)
Then refer to the draft for installing the p.p. strap through
The free Roller (2) and press the lever (4) and insert the
Strap into the entrance (3) till it reaches the pool roller.
Caution: If the strap end is split or bend, strap may
Catch and block the machine side.
At this time you should cut the strap end,
Then try to thread the strap again.
Step [3]
Press the start button and the strap is sent to the arch Automatically.
Step [4]
Press the start button and the strap is sent to the arch
[NOTE]
If the strap is not set to the arch properly, the strap is discharged out of the strapping
Automatically.
Check the strap end, if the strap end is split or bent cut it and reap the procedures for
Threading the strap into the entrance.
