Please carefully read all instructions before you use this device. All the artificial
damage such as using inappropriate accessories, deprived of manual use that
caused by failure to use the device or damaged, it is out of warranty.
1. Do Not intentionally bend the solar
panel (the angle is more than 20°),
unless you want to break it.
2. Do Not immerse the solar panel in
the water.
3. Do Not clean the solar panel with
water, please carefully wipe the
surface of the solar panel with a wet
and non-abrasive cloth.
4. Do Not place the solar panel near
heat sources. (such as fire, a furnace or
ambient heater)
5. Do Not pierce the solar panel casing
with a nail or any sharp object, break it
with a hammer or step on it.
6. Do Not attempt to disassemble the
solar panel in any way.
7. Do Not attempt to charge automotive
batteries directly.
9. Please keep the surface of the solar panel clean, which will affect the efficiency
of solar power.
8. Do Not store the solar panel near
strong corrosive objects.

A1: Use a soft brush to move dust and dirt on the surface of the solar panel.
A2: Carefully wipe the surface of the solar panel with a wet and non-abrasive cloth.
A3: To prevent performance degradation of the solar panel, please remove bird poop and
other ahesives from the surface of the solar panel as soon as possible.
[Clean] Q: How to clean the surface of the solar panel? 1. We oer 12-months warranty for the portable solar panel from the date of your purchase.
2. We only provide the warranty for the buyer who purchase our products on FATORK
homesite.
A1: This solar panel is IP67 waterproof.
It does not mean you can use it while raining or even immerse the solar panel into the
water, which will denitely incur damage. To maximize the lifespan of the solar panel, it
should not get wet.
[Water-resistant] Q: Is this solar panel waterproof?
A1: Absolutely yes, but it will take a longer time to be charged fully, owing to low power
generation in cloudy or rainy days.
[Weather] Q: Can the solar panel be used in cloudy weather?
A1: Make sure the interface is connected correctly, and the cable works normally. Please
re-insert the device or try a new cable.
A2: Make sure the solar panel toward to the sunlight and there is not any shadows on the
panel.
A3: Make sure there is not any dirt, blockages on the surface of the solar panel or other
obstacles obstructing it.
[Charged] Q: Why the electronic device can't be charged?
A1: The nominal maximum output(rated output) of a solar panle is a value calculated
through STC (standard test conditions, the world-recognized standard test conditions for
ground solar cell modules).
Under "standard conditions", the surface temperature is 77°F/ 25°C, the air quality is 1.5 and
the sunshine intensity is 1000 W/㎡.
[Output] Q: What's the dierence between the nominal output of the solar panel and the
actual output?
A1: Check the using environment and weather. It will be lower charging eciency in cloudy,
rainy and other extreme weather.
A2: Replace a new cable to try again. Do Not leave your electronic equipment under sunlight
or overheated places for a long time.
[Charged] Q: Why the electronic device charged slowly?
