Programs
Your bread maker has 15 programs to choose from.
Press the MENU button on the control panel repeatedly to select the
program you require.
1. BASIC Use to make a standard loaf of bread. You can add additional ingredients such
as seeds when the machine beeps during the kneading stage.
Use to make loaf with a crisper crust and a lighter texture.
Use to make a standard loaf using wholemeal flour. Do not use the delay
feature for this program.
Use to make a loaf in a shorter time than the basic setting. The loaf will be
smaller and a little denser.
Use this to make bread using gluten free flour. You can add additional
ingredients such as seeds when the machine beeps during the kneading stage.
Use to knead and rise dough but without baking. This is good for making pizza
bases, rolls and steamed bread.
This is used to knead the dough only with no rise.
Use this to mix and bake cakes in your bread maker. This program is intended
to bake traditional recipes which use yeast as the raising agent.
Use this program to make a bread with a light texture and a soft thin crust.
Use to make bread that requires a longer time than the basic programs. You
can only make a large (900g) loaf.
Use to make jams and marmalades in your bread maker. The fruit must be cut
into small pieces.
Use to make yoghurt in your bread maker.
Use to only bake with no kneading or rise.
Use this to change the times of all the knead, rise, bake or keep warm settings
for a custom program. Press the CYCLE button to move between the different
stages of the program, using the TIME button to adjust each stage to your
preference. When you have made your selections, press the ON/OFF button
to start your custom program.
The time range for each cycle is as follows:
Knead 1: 6 to 14 mins Rise 1: 20 to 60 mins Knead 2: 5 to 20 mins
Rise 2: 5 to 40 mins Rise 3: 0 to 60 mins Bake: 0 to 80 mins
Keep warm: 0 to 60 mins
Use this when making bread with a high sugar content. The shorter baking
time will prevent burning. You can add additional ingredients such as seeds
when the machine beeps during the kneading stage.
