1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing a Gfp laminator. It has been esigne an manufacture to
provi e years of continuous service. Please rea this manual thoroughly before
operating. Please inspect the box an the laminator for shipping amage. Damage
shoul be brought to the attention of the elivering carrier imme iately. For a list of
shipping components see “Packing List” on page 9.
2. Important afety Instructions
In this operating manual you will fin important safety messages regar ing the pro uct.
Rea these instructions carefully, failure to comply with the following safety
proce ures coul result in serious injury.
WAR$I$G Do not attempt to service or repair the laminator. Only
authorize maintenance an service technicians shoul make repairs.
WAR$I$G Do not connect the laminator to an electrical supply or attempt
to operate the laminator until you have completely rea these instructions.
Maintain these instructions in a convenient location for future reference.
WAR$I$G To guar against injury, the following safety precautions must
be observe in the installation an use of the laminator

Installation afeguards
• Shipping amage shoul be brought to the imme iate attention of the
elivering carrier
• Avoi locating the laminator near sources of heat or col . Avoi locating the
laminator in the irect path of force , heate or coole air
• The receptacle must be locate near the equipment an easily accessible.
• Connect the attachment plug provi e with the laminator to a suitably
groun e outlet only. This machine must have reliable earth wire to ensure
the safety of the machine uring operations
• Contact an electrician shoul the attachment plug provi e with the laminator
not match the receptacles at your location
• Ensure that the voltages of the power supply you are using match the
rate working voltages before operations. Do not use incorrect power supply
• Do not use amage wires or sockets. If abnormal con itions occur,
switch off the power supply first.
• Only a license electrician shoul install wiring an outlet for the
laminator
• Do not efeat or remove electrical an mechanical safety equipment such as
interlocks, shiel s an guar s

4. General afeguards
• Keep han s, long hair, loose clothing, an articles such as neckties away from
rollers to avoi entanglement an entrapment. The rollers have pinch points
that can trap bo y parts or clothing an cause serious injury
• Do not use the machines for purposes other than lamination an mounting,
otherwise amages to the machine or acci ents may occur
• Keep out of reach of chil ren
• Keep flammable an wet objects away from the machine.
• Do not use flammable sprays or materials when cleaning the machine
• Do not leave the machine unatten e uring operations.
• Do not mount metal materials or other har objects.
• Do not put burrs, sharp bla e or rigi materials in between the two rubber
rollers.
• Do not attempt to laminate items that excee total recommen e material
thickness of the unit.
• Do not place foreign object insi e the machine.
• Do not cut a hesive films irectly on the surface of the rollers to avoi
amaging the rubber coating.
• Shut own the machine after laminating to avoi misusing this machine by
others.
• Shut own the power before moving the machine
• Note the locations of foot wheels while moving or operating this machine to
avoi injuries to your feet.
• Disconnect from the power supply before repair or maintenance.
• Disconnect from the power supply when the machine is not in use for
a long time.
• When the machine lies i le for a long perio of time, raise the top rubber
roller to avoi the istortion of the rubber surface.
• Perform only the routine maintenance proce ures referre to in these
instructions

5. Operating Conditions
• Place machine on level surface
• Environment requirements:
Ambient temperature: 50⁰ F - 104⁰ F
Humi ity:30%—80%;i eal humi ity:55%
• Due to the static on film rolls, you shoul try to keep the environment clean.
• Provi e enough space aroun machine to ensure the safe an effective operation.
The minimum area covere is 8 ft. x 10 ft.
• Do not irectly cut the films on the surfaces of the rubber rollers to avoi
amages to the rollers.
• Do not put burrs, sharp knives or extra thick an har materials in between the
rollers. Do not leave objects like tools, rulers, knives, etc on the working panels
or the si e cabinets to avoi their being rolle into the machine acci entally an
amaging the rollers.
• For repairs an replacements, please contact your local istributor. Unauthorize
repairs an ismantling will affect future maintenances of the machines.
• The machine can laminate continuously objects less than ½” thick.
For objects over ½” but less than 1” thick, use the pe al switch.
Warning: Do not keep the machines in direct sunshine or near it.
Do not keep the machine in dusty place or places with strong vibrations.
