NO FUNCTIONAL LOCK-OUT

It is possible after the bike being hung up or laid sideways, the air inside the Damper

Cartridge gets to the wrong chamber, causing lock-out to temperately malfunction.

Generally the damper will self-adjust after a short ride. For quick on-site remedy, proceed

following procedures.

Setting:

Air pressure: Release air from the air spring chamber.

Compression: on the open mode.

Rebound index: Fastest position (turn rebound damper knob completely counterclockwise)

Solution:

Slowly compress fork to full travel and then let fork travel restore to original position 3 to 5

times.

Test lock-out function, Reset air pressure.

PREPARATION

The following service procedures are performed while forks are on the repair stand. It is

NOT recommended to perform services while forks are on the bike

Suspensions are sensitive to contamination, dust and grit.

Prior to any service, should you thoroughly clean forks with soapy water or isopropyl

alcohol.

Once cleaned, inspect for any crack or deformation, especially on bridge and dropout

areas.

To avoid unexpected scratches, remove wrist watch, jewelry and other accessories.

IMPORTANT: SAFTY FIRST!

For your safety, wear safety glasses at all time.

Use of nitrile gloves is encouraged though not compulsory.
