Insulation stripper PG
Position the PG BT pliers as shown to the desired length. Tighten the pliers until the
cutting wheel penetrates onto stop rollers. Pull the pliers along the length to be stripped
in the direction shown by the arrow.
1- Longitudinal cut
2- Circular cut
Position the PG BT pliers at the end of the longitudinal cut. Close the pliers on the
cables pressing slightly to ensure penetration of the cutting wheels. Rotate the pliers
back and forth by a third of revolution
The tools must be used when the cable is out of tension by skilled workers who are competent in
cable preparation and know about electrical phenomenons.
Wearing anti-cut gloves is obligatory.
Clean the tools after each utilization.
3- Removal of sheath
Use the two end blades to separate the sheath.

Dénudeur PG
Présenter la pince sur le câble en position de coupe longitudinale et tirer dans le
sens de la flèche.
1- Coupe longitudinale
2- Coupe circulaire
Présenter la pince sur le câble en position de coupe circulaire et tourner dans le
sens des flèches.
Les outils doivent être utilisés lorsque le câble est hors tension par du personnel qui dispose de
compétences en matière de préparation des câbles et de connaissances sur les phénomènes
électriques.
Port de gants anti-coupure obligatoire.
Nettoyage de l’outil impératif après utilisation.
3- Ouverture de la gaine
Utiliser les griffes de la pince pour enlever la gaine du câble.
