This Quick Guide is a short summary of the most important features of the
GNS5894TAC StarterKit. The complete User Guide is currently not yet
available and will be completed shortly.
This manual sh ws h w t c nnect the GNS5894TAC StarterKit t a PC in rder t
verify GNS 5894TAC Mode-S-A-C all-in- ne m dule perf rmance and test supp rted
features.
F r technical specificati n, please refer t the GNS5894T_ADSBModul_datasheet.
The GNS5894TAC is a s ftware extensi n f the GNS5894T, which is additi nally able
t receive M de A/C data. The hardware f the GNS5894TAC is unchanged. F r this
reas n the GNS5894T_ADSBM dul_datasheet can be used as l ng as n descripti n f
the M de A/C extensi n is available.
C nnected t a PC, all M de-S & M de-A/C Data is r uted t the miniUSB p rt.
GNS5894TAC StarterKit Features

•Access t all signals f the GNS5894TAC via pin header c ntacts.
•PC data c nnecti n via the integrated USB t UART c nverter r direct access t the serial
interface (3.3V) f the GNS5894TAC f r c nnecti n t ther data pr cessing devices.

•2 SMA antenna c nnect rs f r 1090MHz and GNSS RF In
