Assembly Required
The following common tools are necessary to complete assembly, but are NOT included:
Phillips Screwdriver; Adjustable Wrench (or Pliers)

Read and follow all of these manufacturer instructions before beginning assembly or
operation. Failure to do so could result in fire, burns, or other serious personal injury.
Keep this owner’s manual for future reference. If you sell or give this product to someone
else, make sure this manual accompanies this product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION!
•
This grill is intended for OUTDOOR USE ONLY! NEVER use this grill in an enclosed area or
under an overhead cover of any kind, including a tent, patio cover or any other building.
•
Do not use this grill within 36” of any combustible material, including, but not limited to,
wood or treated-wood decks, patios, porches, walls, vehicles, gasoline, lighter fluid, or
any other flammable liquid.
•
Do not add lighter fluid or charcoal that is pre-soaked in lighter fluid to hot or warm charcoal.
•
Do not use gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, or any other highly flammable liquid, except for
lighter fluid that is intended for lighting charcoal. Be sure to follow lighting instructions on
the packaging. Be sure to clean up any spills before lighting charcoal.
•
Place grill outside on a firm level surface that will NOT burn or melt.
•
Do not use more than 5 pounds of charcoal in this grill.
•
Never leave a hot grill unattended. Never use this grill where children or pets are present.
•
Do not attempt to move grill while it is lit, or while it is still hot.
•
Do not use grill unless all parts are in working condition and in place.
•
Never use grill without the ash catcher attached (if equipped).
•
Grill will be extremely hot while in use. Always use proper cooking mitts and utensils while
cooking, or adjusting cooking or charcoal grates. Avoid skin contact with hot grill.
•
Lid will be very hot; avoid setting hot lid on grass, carpet, furniture or deck.
•
To extinguish charcoal, close all vents and place lid on grill until coals are completely out.
•
Do not remove ashes or used coals from grill until completely burned out and fully extinguished.
•
Do not use in windy conditions.

Assembly
Step 1: Attach Air Vent, Lid Handle, and
Lid Hanger Bracket to Top Lid. Attach Air
Vent (12) to Top Lid (1) by inserting Air Vent
Bolt (I) through Air Vent (12), Lid (1) and
thread

To attach Lid handle and Lid Hanger
Bracket to Top Lid, insert 2 Top Handle
Bolts (D) through Lid Handle (10), Top Lid
(1), Lid Hanger Bracket (13), 2 Lid Hanger
Washers (M) and t hread 2 Top H andle H ex
Nuts (E) to both Top Handle Bolts
(D). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver and
adjustable wrench or pliers.

Step 2: Attach Bottom Bowl Handles.
Insert 2 Side Handle Bolts (F) through 2
Metal Washers (B), Bottom Bowl (4) and
thread into Side Handle (11). Tighten with
Phillips screwdriver. Repeat process for
other side handle.
Step 3: Attach Legs. Before attaching
legs, make sure that one Side Handle is
between the Leg Wheels (5) and one Side
Handle is between the Stationary Legs (6).
Insert 2 Leg Bolts (G) through 2 Metal
Washers (B), Bottom Bowl (4), Leg Bowls
(14) and thread into both Stationary Legs
(6). Partially tighten Bolts. Repeat process
for Wheel Legs (5).
Step 4: Attach Wire Shelf, Wheels, and Ash
Vent.
Align leg holes with ends of Wire Shelf (8).
Slide threaded ends of Wire shelf (8)
through holes in Wheel Legs (5). Slide
Plastic Spacers (A), Wheels (9) and Wheel
Metal Washers (L) onto threaded ends of Wire
Shelf (8). Thread Wheel Lock Nuts ( C )
onto threaded end of Wire Shelf (8) and
partially tighten. Insert other 2 Wire Shelf
(8) ends into holes of Stationary Legs (6).
Check alignment of legs and shelf and
securely tighten Wheel Lock Nuts ( C) and
Leg Bolts (G) from previous Step 3 with
Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench
or pliers.
Attach Ash Vent (15) to Bottom Bowl (4)
by inserting Ash Vent Bolt (K) through
Metal Washer (B), Bottom Bowl (4),
Ash Vent (16) and thread Ash Vent Bolt (K)
into Ash Vent Hex Nut (J).

Step 5: Attach Ash Pan. Attach Ash Pan
(7) to Bottom of grill by sliding Wheel Legs
(5) and Stationary Legs (6) through the f our
cut outs on Ash Pan (7) . Twist Ash Pan to the
right to lock in place.
Step 6: Cooking Grid and Charcoal
Grate. Insert Charcoal Grate (3) into bottom
of Bottom Bowl (4). Place Cooking Grid (2)
on rounded top edge of Bottom Bowl (4).
Place Top Lid (1) on Bottom Bowl (4).
