1. PRECAUTIONS
1.1. Important Safety Symbols
The above warning is located on the rear of the unit
The lightening ash with arrowhead symbol within an equi-
lateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure
that may be of sucient magnitude to constitute a risk of elec-
tric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended
to alert the user to the presence of important operating and
maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompa-
nying the product.

Water and Moisture
The apparatus should be protected from moisture and rain and can not be used
near water; for example near a bathtub, a kitchen sink, a swimming pool, etc.
Heat
The apparatus should be located away from heat sources such as radiators, stoves

or other appliances that produce heat.
Ventilation
Do not block areas of ventilation opening. Failure to do could result in re. Always
install according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Object and Liquid Entry
Objects do not fall into and liquids are not spilled into the inside of the apparatus
for safety.
Power Cord and Plug
In case of external power cord, protect it from being walked on or pinched partic-
ularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type
plug. A polarized plug has two poles; a grounding-type plug has two poles and a
third grounding terminal. The third prong is provided for your safety. If the pro-
vided plug does not t into your outlet, refer to an electrician for replacement.
Power Supply
In case of products with external power adapter, the unit should be connected to
power adapters only of the type as marked on the apparatus or described in the
manual. Failure to do could result in damage to the product and possibly the user.
Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
Fuse
In case of products with external fuse holder, in order to prevent the risk of re
and damaging the unit, please use only of the recommended fuse type as de-
scribed in the manual. Before replacing the fuse, make sure the unit turned o
and disconnected from the AC outlet.
Noise and Interferences
Do not use the device in the nearby of a TV, radio, stereo equipment, mobile
phone, or other electric devices. Otherwise, the device, TV, or radio may generate
noise.
Electrical Connection
Improper electrical wiring may invalidate the product warranty.

Cleaning
Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use any solvents such as benzene or alcohol.
Servicing
Do not implement any servicing other than those means described in the manual.
Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel only. Only use accessories/attach-
ments or parts recommended by the manufacturer.
2. UNPACKING
Thank you for purchasing your HCA-60 PLAY Mini Amplier. All units have been
rigorously tested before leaving the factory. Carefully unpack the carton and
check the contents to ensure that all parts are present and in good conditions:

If anything damaged during transport, notify the shipper immediately and keep
packing material for inspection. Again, please save its carton and all packing
materials. If the unit must be returned to the manufacturer, it is important that
the unit is returned in the original manufacturer’s packing. Please do not take any

3. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
HCA-60 PLAY delivers 2x30W @ 4-16ohm in a very compact design. The Class-D
amplication stage ensures high eciency, low thermal dissipation and maximum
reliability. The USB and BT player with remote control allow audio contents repro-
duction and makes this amplier easy to use for any user in installations such as
hotels, shops, oces, home, and much more.

1. USB Slot
2. It supports USB3.0, USB2.0 standards. Maximum capacity is 2GByte (FAT-32
Format). When inserted, it plays automatically.
3. Led Display - It displays current mode status (LINE, BLUE, USB, SD).
4. Mic Input - You can connect a dynamic microphone to this Mini-Jack Plug
(1/8”). If you want to use a condenser microphone, please remember to use
an external Power Phantom unit. Volume can be adjusted under LINE mode.
5. REC Recording Button - In LINE mode and with a USB-Drive or SD-Card
inserted in the respective ports, press this button to record the audio signal
from LINE IN or MIC Input. An MP3 format le (48kHz/16bit @ 128Kbps) will

be recorded in the USB-Drive or SD-Card. Press this button again to stop
recording.
6. MODE switching Button - By pressing it you can switch between LINE and
BLUE mode. USB and SD playing are automatically activated when you insert,
respectively, the USB-Drive and/or the SD-Card.
7. Previous Song Button - In BT mode or when you insert a USB-Drive or an
SD-Card, press this button to skip to previous song in the drive. Long press it
to increase or decrease TREBLE tone within -5 to 0 to +5 range.
8. Next Song Button - In BT mode or when you insert a USB-Drive or an
SD-Card, press this button to skip to next song in the drive. Long press it to
increase or decrease BASS tone within -5 to 0 to +5 range.
9. Volume + Button - It increases master volume by 0-32 values.
10. Volume - Button - It decreases master volume by 0-32 values.
11. Play/Pause Button - In BT mode or when you insert a USB-Drive or an SD-
Card, press this button to play or pause le reproduction.

1. Power Input - Connect here the supplied power adapter. In case you need
to replace it, please pay attention to use an equivalent power adapter (100-
240Vac 1.5A / 20Vcc 4.5A).

2. POWER Switch - It turns on and o the unit.
3. MIC 2 - Use this 1/4” (6,5mm) Jack to connect dynamic microphones.
4. LINE IN - Use this stereo RCA line input to connect external sound source,
like mixers, CD-players, Tuners, etc.
5. LINE OUT - Use this stereo RCA line output to connect to external mixers,
ampliers, etc.
6. Speaker Output - Use this 4-pin phoenix plug to connection 4ohm to 16ohm
loudspeakers. In case of parallel wiring of multiple speakers, please pay
attention to not get total impedance lower than 4ohm, which will cause the
overloading protection of the system.
7. SD Slot - It is used to connect the external SD-Card (FAT-32, max 32GByte).
When inserted, it will play automatically.

4. Mode Selection: Press to browse among LINE and BLUE modes (USB and SD
modes automatically activate when insert the corresponding unit in the slot).
5. Play mode: Press this button to activate skip among SINGLE, rAN, INtO, ALL
modes.
• SINGLE: Current song will be repeated until you press STOP;
• rAN: Random Playback of all tracks;
• INtO: Plays around 8 seconds of each song as preview of all tracks;
• ALL: The song list will be played from the beginning to the end continu-
ously.
6. Balance: Press this button to choose among 5 EQ curves: FLA (at), POP, CLA
(classic), ROC (rock), JAZ (jazz).
7. Previous: By pressing it you can skip to previous song.
8. Next: By pressing it you can skip to next song.
9. Play/Pause: Press it to play current song. By pressing it again, you temporari-
ly pause playback. Press again to continue playing.
10. Volume Down: By pressing it you can decrease BT/USB/SD volume. It ranges
from 1 to 32.
11. Volume Up: By pressing it you can increase BT/USB/SD volume. It ranges
from 1 to 32.
12. Numbers: You can directly recall a certain song by pressing the correspond-
ing number in the list. Single or two-digit numbers are accepted.
5. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
5.1 . LINE Mode
When the unit is connected to power supply, press POWER switch on rear panel
to switch the unit on. The amplier will keep last used mode. Press MODE button
repeatedly until you reach Line Mode. The display will show LINE.
Connect your external line-level stereo source to the LINE IN RCA pair on rear
panel. You can adjust volume using VOL+ and VOL- buttons.
