1 Positioning
The FusionPower6000 (PowerPOD for short) is a prefabricated power supply and
distribution solution for large-sized data centers. It applies to central data centers
of telecommunications, nance, governments, energy, electricity, transportation,
Internet service providers (ISPs), and large enterprises.

2 Features
The FusionPower6000 features high integration, outstanding safety and reliability,
space and energy saving, quick installation, optimal compatibility, rapid and
exible deployment, and centralized monitoring. It is a next-generation
prefabricated power supply and distribution solution.
High Integration
The product integrates the transformer, low-voltage power distribution frame
(PDF), reactive power compensation cabinet, UPS, and feeder cabinet to provide a
complete power supply and distribution solution.
High Safety and Reliability
● Good grounding prevents electromagnetic interference.
● Dual power inputs are supported.
● Modular UPSs improve system reliability.
● The product is able to work within the ambient temperature range of 0°C to
40°C.
Rapid Deployment
● Streamlined manufacturing, professional division of labor, and good work
conditions ensure that modules and products of the FusionPower6000 are
produced eciently with strict quality control.
● If facilities such as racks and copper bars are factory-installed, commissioning
can be performed only after network and power cables are provided onsite. If
they cannot be factory-installed due to limited site space, devices such as the
transformer, low-voltage cabinets, UPS, top copper bars, and extra-low
voltage (ELV) monitoring cables can be quickly installed after components are
delivered to the site.
Space and Energy Saving
● The product can be transported and installed with its base thanks to
integrated design.
● The product can be installed on a concrete oor in a building, which simplies
auxiliary engineering.

● The product can be delivered within a few days and quickly installed onsite,
eectively reducing costs.
Cost-Eectiveness and High Energy Eciency
● One pre-fab. module integrates the power distribution and monitoring
systems that are pre-installed and pre-commissioned before delivery. The pre-
fab. module goes through pre-commissioning and trial run before delivery.
Customers are welcome to check and try the product in the factory.
● Mature delivery mode, modular structure, and low-cost transportation of the
pre-fab. module ensure fast deployment, and simple and convenient
expansion and upgrade.
Intelligent Management
● Equipment is monitored in real time for ecient management.
● The NetEco can be connected for unied management.

3 Typical Application Scenarios and
Congurations
3.1 Typical Application Scenarios
The FusionPower6000 contains the transformer, low-voltage PDF, reactive power
compensation cabinet, UPS, feeder cabinet, inter-cabinet copper bars, and
monitoring system. The low-voltage power distribution system is installed on a
steel platform base to form an indoor prefabricated low-voltage PowerPOD. The
system is prefabricated and can be tested in the factory in advance to ensure high
product quality. The system can be transported as a whole to the site, which
shortens the delivery period.
