-Turn the ignition off and remove the car key, leave the drivers door open and wait 10 minutes.
Note: Smart keys must be taken out of vehicle range!
-Locate the connector at the accelerator pedal and unplug it. For some vehicles it may be easier to
remove the accelerator pedal to access the wiring connector. During installation, do not touch the
brake pedal or open and close doors as this may wake up vehicle systems and cause an error code.
- Plug the SAAS-Drive connector into your accelerator pedal and then plug the vehicle side back into
the SAAS-Drive. Please plug the connectors in SLOWLY!, this will help prevent any damage to the pins.
-Note: If the connector does not fit, STOP the installation and check that you have the correct
product with your retailer!
- Plug the small white connector from the pedal harness into the SAAS-Drive display and find a suitable
location on your dash to mount it. CAUTION: Please see below for connector orientation. Do NOT
reverse these connectors!
- Cable tie any excess wiring so it's out of the way and won't affect the vehicles operation.
(This is the installer’s responsibility!)

- The SAAS-Drive is designed for specified vehicles only, please make sure this is the correct
product for your vehicle before you start the installation!
-All installation work should be done by a qualified professional to avoid damage to this product.
- All settings should be completed while the vehicle is stationary, for your own safety please do not
adjust while driving!

you have read ALL the troubleshootng notes below
RESETING PROCEDURE
• Turn the ignition off and remove the car key, smart keys
must be taken out of vehicle range!
• Remove the Controller and return the vehicle back
to original.
• Wait 10 minutes then start the installation again.
Make sure the white display connectors are not reversed!
PEDAL LEARNING PROCEDURE
(Some vehicles will require pedal learning)
• Turn the ignition on only, do not start the engine!
• Press the up and down buttons together for about 5 seconds
( and at the same time), the Controller screen should show
a 15 second countdown period. During this period push the
accelerator pedal in (make sure you press the pedal in as far as
you can) and hold it there for about 2 seconds before letting go.
TROUBLESHOOTING
ANTI THEFT FUNCTION

Display shows “LOC” Enter 3 digit password If password has been lost, contact HULK 4x4
for unlocking
• After installation, turn the ignition on and start the vehicle.
Check for any error codes on the dash and that the accelerator
pedal is responding correctly.
• If error codes are still present and the accelerator pedal is
not functioning correctly, please follow the pedal learning
procedure below.
• Wait for the countdown to end. If (-00) is displayed,
learning was successful. If (-11) is displayed, learning
was not successful and must be performed again.
• Start your engine and check for normal operation.
• If error codes are still present and the
accelerator pedal is not functioning
correctly, remove the device and contact
your retailer.
• To prevent theft, the unit has a built in immobiliser that will stop the vehicle from accelerating.
To use this function, follow the steps below.
• Press left and middle buttons for 3 seconds >> display will show 000 >> use all 3 buttons to set a 3 digit password >> press left
and middle buttons for 3 seconds >> display will show LOC >> anti theft function is now active.
• To disable anti theft >> turn ignition on >> enter your 3 digit password >> press left and middle buttons for 3 seconds >> anti theft
has been disabled and unit is back to normal operation
