UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Immediately upon receiving a xture, carefully unpack the carton, check the contents to ensure that all parts are
present and have been received in good condition. Notify the freight company immediately and retain packing
material for inspection if any parts appear to be damaged from shipping or the carton itself shows signs of mis-
handling. Keep the carton and all packing materials. In the event that a xture must be returned to the factory, it
is important that the xture be returned in the original factory box and packing.
EXPLANATION OF SYMBOLS
The triangle containing a lightning symbol is used to indicate whenever your health is at risk (due to electro-
cution, for example).
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates particular risks in handling or operating the appliance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND DANGER WARNINGS
• Please read these instructions carefully, they include important information about the installation, usage and
maintenance of this product.
• Please keep this User Guide for future reference. If you sell the unit to another user, be sure that he also
receives this instruction booklet.
• Always make sure that you are connecting to the proper voltage, and that the line voltage you are connecting
to is not higher than that stated on the decal or rear panel of the xture.
• This product is intended for indoor use only!
• It is essential that the device is earthed. A qualied person must carry out the electric connection.
• To prevent risk of re or shock, do not expose xture to rain or moisture. Make sure there are no ammable
materials close to the unit while operating.
• The unit must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 20in (50cm) from adjacent surfaces.
Be sure that no ventilation slots are blocked.
• Always disconnect from power source before servicing or replacing fuse and be sure to replace with same fuse
size and type.
• Secure xture to fastening device using a safety chain. Never carry the xture solely by its head. Use its carry-
ing handles.
• Maximum ambient temperature (Ta) is 104° F (40°C). Do not operate the xture at temperatures higher than
this.
• In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using the unit immediately. Never try to repair the unit by
yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the near-

est authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type of spare parts.
• Don’t connect the device to a dimmer pack.
• Make sure the power cord is never crimped or damaged.
• Never disconnect the power cord by pulling or tugging on the cord.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
• The product is for decorative purposes only and not suitable as a household room illumination.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When it reaches the end of its life time, the whole unit
must be discarded.
• DISCONNECT DEVICE: Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

INSTALLATION
The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is rmly xed to
avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit
is secure and able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight. Also always use a safety cable that can
hold 12 times the weight of the unit when installing the xture.
The equipment must be xed by professionals at a place where is out of the reach of people and where nobody
can pass by or under it.
FUSE REPLACEMENT
Disconnect the power cord before replacing a fuse and always replace with the same type fuse
• With a at head screwdriver wedge the fuse holder out of its housing.
• Remove the damaged fuse from its holder and replace with exactly the same type of fuse.
• Insert the fuse holder back in its place and reconnect power.
• The fuse is located inside this compartment. Remove using a at head screwdriver.
FIXTURE LINKING
You will need a serial data link to run light shows of one or more xtures using a DMX-512 controller or to run
synchronized shows on two or more xtures set to a master/slave operating mode. The combined number of
channels required by all xtures on a serial data link determines the number of xtures that the data link can
support.

Important: Fixtures on a serial/data link must be daisy chained in one single line. Maximum recommended seri-
al data link distance: 100 meters. Maximum recommended number of xtures on a serial data link: 32 xtures

CAUTION
Do not allow contact between the common and the xture’s chassis ground. Grounding the common can cause
a ground loop, and your xture may perform erratically. Test cables with an ohm meter to check correct polarity
and to make sure the pins are not grounded or shorted to the shield or each other.
SETTING UP A DMX SERIAL DATA LINK
1. Connect the (male) 3 pin connector side of the DMX cable to the output (female) 3 pin connector of the con-
troller.
2. Connect the end of the cable coming from the controller which will have a (female) 3 pin connector to the
input connector of the next xture consisting of a (male) 3 pin connector.
3. Then, proceed to connect from the output as stated above to the input of the following xture and so on.
MASTER/SLAVE FIXTURE LINKING
1. Connect the (male) 3 pin connector side of the DMX cable to the output (female) 3 pin connector of the rst
xture.
2. Connect the end of the cable coming from the rst xture which will have a (female) 3 pin connector to the
input connector of the next xture consisting of a (male) 3 pin connector. Then, proceed to connect from the
output as stated above to the input of the following xture and so on
Often, the set up for Master-Slave and Stand-alone operation requires that the rst xture in the chain be initial-
ized for this purpose via either settings in the control panel or DIP-switches. Secondarily, the xtures that follow
may also require a slave setting. Please consult the '' Operating Instructions» section in this manual for complete
instructions for this type of setup and conguration.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NAVIGATION THROUGH THE CONTROL PANEL
Access control panel functions using the four panel buttons located directly underneath the LCD Display..
Button Function
MENU Used to access the menu or to return to a previous menu option
UP Scrolls through menu options in ascending order
DOWN Scrolls through menu options in descending order
ENTER Used to select and store the current menu or option within a menu
To access the main menu press the MENU button. Press the UP or DOWN buttons until you reach function you
wish to change. When you reach the function you wish to change, press the ENTER button. When a function
is selected, use the UP or DOWN buttons to change the function settings. Once your changes are made, press
the ENTER button, and then press and hold the MENU button for at least three seconds to conrm and lock the
change into the system memory. To exit without making any adjustments, press the MENU BUTTON. The display
will lock after 30 secondes. Press the MENU button for 3 seconds to unlock.

SETTINGS
DMX ADDRESS SETTING
1. Press the MENU, UP or DOWN button until “ADDR” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. The current address will now be displayed and flashing. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to find your desired
address. Press ENTER to confirm.
DMX CHANNEL MODE
1. Press the MENU button until “CHND” is displayed, press ENTER. Either “10CH”, “14CH” will be displayed
2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to find your desired DMX channel mode and press ENTER to confirm and exit.
SLND – SLAVE MODE
To select Slnd, press the ENTER button to show the SLAVE MODE on the display. Use the DOWN/UP button to
select Mast (MASTER),Sl1 (SLAVE 1), Sl2 (SLAVE 2) modes. Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER
button to conrm.
NOTE: In a Master/Slave conguration you can set one xture to Master and then set the next xture to “SL 2”, the xtures will now have
opposite movements to each other.
SHOW MODES 0-15 (FACTORY PROGRAMS).
Show mode can run with or without sound active mode active.
1. Press the MENU button until “SHND” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. “Sh X” will now be displayed, “X” representing a number between 0-15. Programs 1-15 are factory programs,
while “Sh 0” is random mode. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to find your desired show.
3. When you have found your desired show press ENTER, then press and hold the MENU button for at least
3 seconds to activate. After you have set your desired show, it can be changed at any time using the UP or
DOWN buttons.
AUTO PROGRAM
1. Press the MENU button until “AUTO” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. The Display will show either “ON” or “OFF”. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select “ON” or “OFF”.
SOUND ACTIVE MODE
1. Press the MENU button until “SOUN” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. The display will show either “ON” or “OFF”. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select “ON” to activate sound
active mode, or “OFF” to deactivate sound active mode.
3. Press ENTER, then press and hold the MENU button for at least 3 seconds to activate.
SOUND SENSITIVITY
1. Press the MENU button until “SENS” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. A number between 0-100 will be displayed. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the sound sensitivity. 0
being the least sensitive and 100 being the most sensitive.
3. When you have found your desired setting press ENTER to confirm.
TILT1 INVERSION
1. Press the MENU button until “PINT” is displayed, press ENTER. Either “YES” or “NO” will be displayed.
2. To activate the Tilt inversion press the UP or DOWN buttons until YES is displayed, press ENTER to confirm.
3. To deactivate Tilt inversion, select NO and press Enter.
TILT2 INVERSION
1. Press the MENU button until “TINT” is displayed, press ENTER. Either “YES” or “NO” will be displayed.
2. To activate the Tilt inversion press the UP or DOWN buttons until YES is displayed, press ENTER to confirm.
3. To deactivate Tilt inversion, select NO and press Enter.
DISPLAY BACK LIGHT
1. Press the MENU button until “LED” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. The display will show either “ON” or “OFF”. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select “ON” to keep the LED
display on at all times, or “OFF” to switch to have the LED display switch off after 10 seconds.

3. Press ENTER and then press and hold the MENU button for at least three seconds to confirm.
DISPLAY REVERSE 180°
1. Press the either the MENU button until “DISP” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. Press the UP button to select “DSIP” to reverse the display, or “DISP” to change the display back.
3. Press ENTER to confirm.
SELF TEST PROGRAM
1. Press the MENU button until “TEST” is displayed, press ENTER.
2. The fixture will now run a self test. Press MENU to exit.
RESET
Press the MENU button until “Reset” is displayed. Press the ENTER button and the unit will reset itself.

FIXTURE CLEANING
The cleaning of internal and external optical lenses and/or mirrors must be carried out periodically to optimize
light output. Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the xture operates: damp, smoky or
particularly dirty surrounding can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the unit’s optics.
• Clean with soft cloth using normal glass cleaning uid.
• Always dry the parts carefully.
• Clean the external optics at least every 20 days. Clean the internal optics at least every 30/60 days.

DÉBALLAGE
Dès réception de l’appareil, ouvrez le carton et vériez que le contenu est complet et en bon état. Sinon, pré-
venez immédiatement le transporteur et conservez l’emballage s’il montre des signes de mauvais traitements.
Conservez le carton et tous les matériaux d’emballage an de pouvoir transporter l’appareil en toute sécurité.

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE
• Lisez attentivement ce manuel qui contient des informations importantes sur l’installation, l’utilisation et l’en-
tretien de cet appareil.
• Conservez le manuel pour référence ultérieure. Si l’appareil change un jour de propriétaire, assurez-vous que
le nouvel utilisateur est en possession du manuel.
• Assurez-vous que la tension secteur convient à cet appareil et qu’elle ne dépasse pas la tension d’alimenta-
tion indiqué sur la plaque signalétique de l’appareil.

• L’appareil doit être impérativement relié à la terre.
• An d’éviter tout risque d’incendie ou de choc électrique, ne pas exposer cet appareil à la pluie ou à l’humidi-

nant par le boîtier. Tenez-le par l’étrier.
• La température ambiante ne doit pas dépasser 40°C. Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil à des températures
supérieures.
• En cas de dysfonctionnement, arrêtez immédiatement l’appareil. N’essayez jamais de réparer l’appareil par
vous-même. Une réparation mal faite peut entraîner des dommages et des dysfonctionnements. Contactez un
service technique agréé. Utilisez uniquement des pièces détachées identiques aux pièces d’origine.
• Ne pas brancher l’appareil sur un variateur.
• Ne pas exposer vos yeux à la source lumineuse.

• Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation n’est jamais écrasé ni endommagé.
• Ne jamais débrancher l’appareil en tirant sur le cordon.
• Le luminaire ne doit servir qu’à des ns décoratives et ne convient pas comme éclairage domestique normal.
• La source lumineuse de ce luminaire n'est pas remplaçable. Lorsque la source lumineuse atteint sa n de vie,
le luminaire entier doit être remplacé.
• Dispositif de déconnexion: Lorsque le cordon d'alimentation ou un coupleur d'appareil est utilisé comme
dispositif de déconnexion, ce dispositif doit rester facilement accessible; si un interrupteur omnipolaire est
utilisé comme dispositif de déconnexion, l'emplacement sur l'appareil et la fonction de l'interrupteur doit être
décrite, et le commutateur doit rester facilement accessible

INSTALLATION
Fixez l’appareil sur l’étrier au moyen des trous de vis. Assurez-vous que l’appareil est solidement xé an d’évi-
ter des vibrations et des mouvements pendant le fonctionnement. Vériez que le support sur lequel vous allez
installer l’appareil est solide et capable de supporter au moins 10 fois le poids de l’appareil. Lors de l’installation
utilisez toujours un câble de sécurité supplémentaire qui peut porter 12 fois le poids le d’appareil. Cet appareil
doit être installé par des professionnels. Il doit être installé à un endroit où il est hors de portée des personnes et
où personne ne peut passer en-dessous.
REMPLACEMENT DU FUSIBLE
Débranchez le cordon d’alimentation avant de remplacer le fusible et utilisez toujours un fusible
ayant les mêmes caractéristiques que l’ancien
• Sortez le porte-fusible de son logement à l’aide d’un tournevis à lame plate.
• Sortez le fusible grillé et remplacez-le par un autre en tous points identiques.
• Remettez le porte-fusible dans son logement et rebranchez l’appareil sur le secteur.
• Le fusible se trouve à l’intérieur de ce compartiment.
• Retirez-le au moyen d’un tournevis à lame plate.
BRANCHEMENT DE PLUSIEURS EFFETS
Vous avez besoin d’un câble de données sériel pour faire fonctionner plusieurs eets au moyen d’une com-
mande DMX512 ou pour faire fonctionner deux ou plusieurs eets en mode maître/esclave. Le nombre combiné
de canaux requis par l’ensemble des appareils sur un câble de données sériel dénit le nombre d’appareils que
le câble de données peut supporter.

Important: La distance maximale recommandée est de 100m. Le nombre maximum d’appareils branchés sur
une liaison de données est de 32.
CONNECTEURS DE CÂBLE
Le câble doit posséder une che XLR mâle d’un côté et XLR femelle de l’autre. .
CONFIGURATION DES CONNECTEURS DMX
La résistance de n de ligne réduit les erreurs de signal. Pour éviter des
problèmes de transmission des signaux, il est toujours conseillé de brancher
une résistance de n de ligne DMX.

ATTENTION
Il ne doit y avoir aucun contact entre le commun et la masse du châssis de l’appareil. La mise à la masse
du commun peut provoquer une boucle de masse et votre appareil fonctionne d’une façon étrange. Testez
les câbles à l’aide d’un ohm-mètre an de vérier la polarité et de vous assurer que les broches ne sont pas
connectées à la masse ni court-circuitées sur le blindage ou mutuellement.
MISE EN PLACE D’UNE LIGNE DE DONNÉES DMX EN SÉRIE
1. Connectez le côté (mâle) à 3 broches du câble DMX sur la sortie (femelle) à 3 broches de la commande.
2. Connectez l’extrémité du câble provenant du contrôleur qui aura une che femelle à 3 broches, sur la che
d’entrée de l’appareil suivant qui est un connecteur mâle à 3 broches
3. Ensuite, branchez la sortie comme indiqué ci-dessus sur l’entrée de l’appareil suivant, etc.
MONTAGE
Vous pouvez installer cet appareil dans n’importe quelle position pourvu qu’il y ait une ventilation susante.
TABLEAU DE COMMANDE
Accédez aux fonctions du tableau de commande au moyen des quatre boutons qui se trouvent juste en-dessous
de l’écran LCD.

Pour accéder au menu principal, appuyez sur la touche MENU. Appuyez sur les touches UP/DOWN jusqu’à ce
que vous atteigniez la fonction souhaitée. Lorsque vous l’avez atteinte, appuyez sur ENTER. Lorsqu’une fonc-
tion a été sélectionnée, changez les réglages au moyen des touches UP et DOWN. Lorsque vous avez ni les
réglages, appuyez sur ENTER et ensuite tenez la touche MENU appuyée pendant au moins 3 secondes pour
enregistrer les nouveau réglages en mémoire. Pour quitter sans faire de changements, appuyez sur la touche
MENU. L’acheur se verrouille après 30 secondes. Appuyez sur la touche MENU pendant 3 secondes pour le
déverrouiller

RÉGLAGE DE L’ADRESSE DMX
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “ADDR” s’ache. Appuyez sur ENTER.
2. L’adresse actuelle s’ache et clignote. Sélectionnez l’adresse souhaitée avec les touches UP/DOWN.
3. Appuyez sur ENTER pour conrmer.

1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “CHND” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER. Soit “10CH”, soit “14CH”
s’achera.
2. Sélectionnez le nombre de canaux souhaités au moyen des touches UP / DOWN et conrmez avec ENTER.
SÉLECTION MAÎTRE/ESCLAVE
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “SLND” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER. Soit “MAST”, “SL 1” ou
“SL 2” s’acheront.
2. Sélectionnez le réglage souhaité avec les touches UP/DOWN et conrmez avec ENTER.
MODES DÉMO 0-15 (PROGRAMMES D’USINE)
Le mode Démo peut fonctionner avec ou sans le côntrôle audio.
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “SHND” s’ache et conrmez avec ENTER.
2. “Sh X” s’achera, “X” représentant un nombre entre 0 et 15. Les programmes 1-15 sont réglés d’usine alors
que “Sh 0” est un mode aléatoire. Sélectionnez votre programme avec les touches UP / DOWN.

pouvez en changer à tout moment au moyen des touches UP / DOWN.
FONCTIONNEMENT AUTOMATIQUE
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “AUTO” s’ache. Appuyez sur ENTER.
2. L’acheur indique soit “ON” ou “OFF”. Appuyez sur les touches UP ou DOWN pour sélectionner “ON” ou
“OFF”.
CONTRÔLE AUDIO
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “SOUN” s’ache. Appuyez sur ENTER.
2. L’acheur indique soit “ON” ou “OFF”. Appuyez sur les touches UP ou DOWN pour sélectionner soit “ON”
pour activer le mode musical, soit “OFF” pour le désactiver.
3. Appuyez à nouveau sur ENTER. Maintenez ensuite la touche MENU appuyée pendant au moins 3 secondes
pour conrmer.
SENSIBILITÉ AUDIO
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “SENS” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER.
2. Un nombre entre 1 et 100 s’ache. Appuyez sur les touches UP / DOWN pour régler la sensibilité audio. 0 est
la sensibilité la plus faible et 100 la plus élevée. Lorsque vous avez trouvé le bon réglage, conrmez avec ENTER.
INVERSION TILT1
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “PINT” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER. “YES” ou “NO” s’ache.
2. Pour activer l’inversion TILT1, appuyez sur les touches UP / DOWN jusqu’à ce que YES s’ache. Conrmez
avec ENTER. Pour désactiver l’inversion Tilt, sélectionnez NO et conrmez avec ENTER.
INVERSION TILT2
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “TINT” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER. “YES” ou “NO” s’ache.
2. Pour activer l’inversion TILT2, appuyez sur les touches UP / DOWN jusqu’à ce que YES s’ache. Conrmez
avec ENTER. Pour désactiver l’inversion Tilt, sélectionnez NO et conrmez avec ENTER.
RÉTRO-ÉCLAIRAGE DE L’ÉCRAN
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “LED” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER.
2. L’acheur indique soit “ON” ou “OFF”. Appuyez sur les touches UP ou DOWN pour sélectionner soit “ON”
pour laisser l’acheur allumé en permanence, soit “OFF” pour que l’acheur s’éteigne au bout de 10 secondes.
3. Appuyez à nouveau sur ENTER. Maintenez ensuite la touche MENU appuyée pendant au moins 3 secondes
pour conrmer.
INVERSION DE L’AFFICHEUR À 180°
1. Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu’à ce que “DISP” s’ache et appuyez sur ENTER.
2. Appuyez sur UP pour sélectionner “DSIP” pour inverser l’acheur ou “DISP” pour revenir à l’achage nor-
mal. Appuyez sur ENTER pour conrmer.
